1. Room is Not Clean 2. Bathroom toilet also very Dirty 3 Rooms wall and Bed Sheet also not clean and , last one I am only one person but Room Cost Is 800 I don't know auto driver and hotel owner what Telling about something....!!! My Experience Is very very Bad But Onwer is Friendly Thank you ...!!!

The room which we took has an issue in the roof sealing which they didn't disclosed to us suddenly in mid night it was broken while our family and friends are in deep sleep. Then we informed to the reception. But their response is not expected they didn't even asked about is any thing happend to us or for our things. He just like okay it is almost your check out time and this has happened if you need to stay go to other room or else ur wish. Don't ever stay in places like these.

Booked the rooms through MMT on the morning of stay. The photos look deceiving. It is either very or very dirty. Not so great hotel for families to stay. A typical place for a group of people to hangout and hangover. The room boy took me to a nearby hotel that was decent. Overall an average place

We got an ac room next to the reception. The owner was cordial. We checked in at midnight and were thrilled when they asked if we wanted dinner as we hadn't eaten since afternoon due to a bad journey with train delays. Food was bit oily but good. Parathas and tea for breakfast were nice. Bathroom lighting was too dim and tap water tasted funny.

Me and my cousin went there after a booking on yatra.com. The payment was already made. At first they told us that our E voucher dint show whether the payment was made or not. When that was confirmed, they told us that room cant be provided to 19 year old, you should be atleast 21. Neither the hotel website nor yatra had shown any such policy. It was clearly written that the one who books the room should be above 18 and should carry a valid ID card, which we did. Apart from this the area where the hotel is located is like yuk! Once you enter the lane in which the hotel is situated, you start searching for your hankies, its hell stinky! The area is filled with low class people most of them being drivers and others who looked drunk. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, not even for the people for less budget, you'll really regret going there. A good hotel which i would highly recommend is Hotel Raj Darbar, in baluganj itself. The staff was damn helpful. Also the rooms were in budget about Rs. 1000. It would look costly to some people but trust me its worth it. The area is good. hotel staff is good, rooms are clean, the hotel owns its own restaraunt and the food there i yumm, allover it was a fab stay there. Would recommend to all.

We booked viren international, Agra for our Group. When we reached hotel @ Night. Our all members refused to stay in this hotel. Worst Management. Worst Room and washroom. Completely Damp and sinking wall. Its just feel like hell. We moved out to other hotel. Food arrangement was also very poor. Very Less meals prepared for 35 members. Staff member was drunk. I will never prefer this hotel or suggest anyone.

Awful stay the owner refused to give us the AC rooms hive we had clearly booked saying that it would have been more expensive if we had turned up on the day and we had got it cheaply online. Eventually when they phoned the booking company and we threatened tourist police they gave us the room! The AC did work but there was no light in the bathroom and the shower head was so full of dirt it wouldn't work! No internet or restaurant available either. The hotel is also in quite a bad location.

We made a reservation with lonely planet online. The manager/desk staff didn't have our reservation and tried to sell us a more expensive room. Tried to say that even the non-AC rounds was more expensive. Finally gave us the room it was a complete dump. There was something in the tub and you had to pull up the rusty disgusting thing to flush the toilet. Stayed there because we didn't want to wander around that area in the dark looking for a place. However if your motorcycle enthusiast and have a 125 cc you'll have lots of options to find spare parts you're surrounded by spare parts stores.
