Hotel Taj Plaza

Place for guides near Agra Amar Vilas: many years ago I had a good experience in a place called Taj Plaza. But this time room 306 deluxe, tariff Rs 1000 (standard was only 800) not so good. Water very low pressure, so no shower. Bucket filling slow. Intercom instrument dead as a dodo. TV channels not working. ||Dinner and breakfast was good for me.

Disappointing Experience at Taj Plaza Hotel, Agra I was very excited to stay at this hotel, but my excitement quickly turned to disappointment as soon as I saw the room. The room and washroom were far below expectations, lacking basic hygiene and cleanliness. This is definitely not a place for anyone who values a clean and well-maintained environment. The blankets on the bed were of poor quality and felt cheap, adding to the overall discomfort. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hygienic stay.

Didn't even end up staying here.... Rooms looked ok, location was great, was ready to book online, but why we didn't stay there was because at the desk they were trying to over charge us, online said 1400 they were staying 1800, and wouldn't ACCEPT the booking from THEIR OFFICIAL WEBSITE. Said you could try and book but they might not accept it, and if they don't accept it you lose you money, Unless once again pay the extra money to them directly. You lost business there. And to answer the owners question, I left a review because you are ripping foreigners off

Decent hotel but no luxury it's in budget, there food prices are also reasonable for Indians they have another menu for foreigners also. Check room cleanliness and check-in as they have old rooms also with dirty washrooms better to have goibibo or MMT customer care support to have better service

Very good hotel in walking distance from Taj Mahal and away from hustle and bustle. Beautifully decorated with relaxing music playing during the day and good, unabstructed view of Taj Mahal from the roof terrace. Owner and staff are extremely nice and try their best to make you feel comfortable. I arrived about two hours before checkin time, but they give me room right away and even upgraded it to one with Taj Mahal view (at no charge). Highly recommend without doubts. Thank you Taj Plaza.

Wonderful experience. Taj facing room provided which is wonderful. Service and behaviour is excellent. Transport and resturant is available in very reasonable rate.

5 min walk from Taj Mahal East Gate. The food was delicious served at the hotel restaurant, we had dinner, breakfast, tea with snacks every single meal was delicious. The staff's behaviour was polite. The room was neat and clean. The bathroom could have been better, the owner said they are working to renovate. Amazing view of Taj from the terrace where they have an outdoor restaurant. Ample parking, the hotel was decorated beautifully.
