Hotel Seven Hills Tower- A Luxury Hotel In Agra Near The Taj Mahal

The hotel is not at all worth the price we pay. I would recommend to avoid this hotel at any cost. The room did not had any ventilation whatsoever. A strange suffocating smell was making the stay very uncomfortable. The bedsheet had small stains and not looking fresh at all. The pillow was smelling horrible like the cover wasn't dried properly and used it as it is. We kept asking for floormat outside the washroom since we arrived in the afternoon but they gave it at night. Even the drinking water was not provided to us after requesting for more than thrice on calls. Please save yourself and avoid booking this hotel.

The location is central to Agra and not far from Taj Mahal. The hotel is decent with pros like large rooms and washrooms. The lobby and overall decor is comforting. Check in and out was quick and hassle free. Service was average and staff was well behaved. We were provided with the extra bedding, water and clean sheets. Parking is there but first come first serve or else will make room around the street. The restaurant was inviting and dinner and the breakfast buffet were satisfactory. Cons include unclean kettels, washrooms could be cleaner, had a broken pot seat in 1 of the 3 rooms we booked. Hot water was not there in peak winter however the water was not so cold to take a shower. Overall it was off season and our family enjoyed a couple of days stay rather than focusing on things we preferred to ignore to keep the mood joyous.

Rooms are good. But the toilet is maintained poorly with old fittings. This is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in in recent times. These are the drawbacks of the hotel: 1. No hot water supply in the bathroom. They are casual in the response. 2. The toilet flushing system was not working properly. The service response was not of three star standard. 3. Food options in the restaurant are limited and many orders are cancelled at the last minute by the kitchen. Overall this facility cannot be marked as three stars. You choose this one, if you don't get any other good hotels.

Near to most of the tourist place. Everything is fine & well maintained. GM Amritesh use to ensure on his own that your stay is as per your expectations. Nice people & nice hotel. Live Bonfire music in the evening is really great you can enjoy it on personal level.

Booked this place for a night in April 2025. It was 40 degrees. And their ACs were non functioning. First they tried to manipulate us by saying that ACs will be repaired soon. When we asked for a timeline, they moved us to a smaller hotel. We agreed because we didn't have any option. In the other hotel, ACs were functioning but there was no power for one hour at 6 am in the morning. Pathetic condition of the hotel overall.

Room floor is worn out. Bathroom fittings are leaking. All thoughts they maintain the cleanliness but 3000 rupees a night not worth it

Avoid this hotel at any cost. The rooms are dirty as hell. I will give a detailed overview of our stay at this hotel. 1. The floors are not cleaned properly. The bed sheet was dirty and had stains - probably never cleaned properly. 2. The room had a strong foul odour. The night lamps had dust accumulated over years - if you look at it, you will throw up - it was dirty as hell. 3. They didn't bothered to clean the toilet properly. Flush takes forever for water to load up, toilet sinks were clogged. Showers had stains/corrosion which were never cleaned. I was surprised how this hotel got any positive reviews - probably paid ones. Help yourself and avoid booking this hotel at any cost. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Good experience and staff behavior is very cooperative. Morning breakfast is very good, hygienic and original taste of dishes. Enjoyed a lot during one day stay... Evening Rajashthani music also made our day!!!
