Family room is too good, more space, neat and clean washroom/ room, staff is so good and polite bahaviour, walking distance tajmahal, near by more restaurant and recommended booking this Hotel

This is one of the worst hotels in Agra ..We stayed here for two days and everything was horrible .From dirty mattresses to dirty washrooms.There is absolutely no room service One should not recommend this hotel because at this rate many of the good hotels are available at that location.

We had booked an triple bed room but we found bedbugs which is very horrible. I didn't liked the hotel service also

All staff behaviour are good,nice hotel, sightseeing are good, ...........value for money!

First thing First! Most of the reviews are paid + asked to give such reviews. Now straight to the point guys 1. What they will show you in the photo will be different to what you will get. 2. Mattresses are in 2 pieces on a double sized single bed. Very uncomfortable to sleep as it gets separated in between especially for couples. 3. The washrooms are very small and in bad shape, showers won't work and dirty water comes sometimes. It will give you station like vibe. 4. Window AC is very noisy and it's position in rooms reduces it's effect. 5. Owners have strong political connection so forget about getting your complaints addressed by them. Positive :- 1. Food is really Delicious and worth every Penny!! 2. Staff behavior is humble and polite. 3. Owners are well behaved until you complain. 4. The worst place to visit... we booked the hotel by booking.com... they shared us the confirmation through mail.... We tried calling also before I reach over there but nobody received the call... we reach there by 8p.m and the way the manager talked to us was extremely rude... he denied that we have any booking and even not ready to give room... worst part he wasn't talking to us in a good way nor even ready to listen us... don't visit to this place they are making fool of people...

It's location is quite good, walking distance from the Taj Mahal. Price is ok. Room size is very small, and service is not up to the mark. Seems like the owners have no previous experience in the hospitality business.

At Taj Mahal corridor, having rooftop restaurant, so you may enjoy morning evening tea and majestic look of the Taj Mahal. Food is delicious.
