Hotel President

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel President in Agra. The rooms were excellent--clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering great comfort. The food was delicious with a variety of options, and the service was top-notch. The staff were incredibly supportive and courteous, always ready to help with a smile. The location is also a big plus--convenient and close to major attractions. Highly recommended for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Agra!

The hotel is new and everything works fine. Rooms are decent sized and bathrooms is big. The staff is friendly and rooms are Clean. Very positive vibe and hygienic. The roof top restaurant is also good. Have to mentioned this person Shiva from Front Desk. He is very helpful and proactive. He is also very professional and always there to help. Truly a memorable experience because of him. He helped in booking cabs, Taj tour guidance and also available to assist anytime during the day or evening. Excellent service by him. From a happy customer.

We stayed here for one night and booked two family rooms; thanks to the driver who managed to negotiate a deal for 5000 Rupees for one family room and one couples room. Has Wi-Fi and aircon in the rooms.|It is very close to the Taj Mahal about 500m away and would advise getting there by E-rickshaw early when it opens.|A short distance to restaurants and Indian sweet shops. I would recommend staying in the hotel if you are intending to see the Taj Mahal and Red Fort.

Amazing stay. Never thought this hotel would be this good during my trip planning. Specious rooms, very close to taj mahal. Nearby area is not that great but that should be fine. There are plenty of restaurants which are walking distance from here. They have roof top restaurant as well. Overall happy with the stay.

Neat and clean rooms staff is very good all over they guide us we are from punjab but they make ist experience very good

Avoid this hotel at all costs if you care about your family's safety. My experience here was nothing short of terrifying. While staying with my wife and daughter, we were outside the hotel around 9 PM when a car with 4-5 shady-looking men stopped right in front of us and started staring at us in a very unsettling manner. To my shock, one of these men turned out to be a hotel staff member who casually escorted the rest of these suspicious individuals into the hotel. They even knew our room details, leaving us feeling unsafe and vulnerable. It was late at night, and I had no choice but to stay, but the fear and discomfort were unbearable. If you value your security, stay far away from this hotel during your Agra trip.

Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was clean. 24 hours hot water is available. Staffs are professional and helpful. Only minor comment is that body shower gel, head wash gel and hand wash gel were missing, these could have been kept. But very small bath and hand wash soap were which was manageable. Overall nice and safe place to stay with family.
