Hotel Orange

We had a memorable experience during our stay at hotel Orange. The staff was welcoming and was prompt for catering all the needed requirements. The location of the hotel was in very close proximity to Agra fort and Tajmahal. Public tpt was also available just outside the hotel. The restaurant of the hotel served Delicious food and catered for both veg and nonveg preferences. I was on a business trip to Agra with some of my colleagues. We stayed there for approx 4 nights and our stay was quiet comfortable and relaxing. The staff was really polite and friendly. My feedback for the hotel would be to increase the amenities and also upgrade the televisions .

We had a two night stay in Agra and were pleasantly surprised by the excellent food offerings. We ate at the hotel restaurant for breakfast and dinner on both days and everything was delicious and cooked fresh. The service from all the staff was wonderful. Yetin in the restaurant was very helpful in suggesting appropriate accompaniments. The room is a good size and the only niggle would be the shower as it wouldn't stay on the overhead rose.

This is a great place to stay right in the heart of city. Rooms and service are great however, washrooms are not designed properly. I suggest having a glass wall separation between the bath and toilet area. Otherwise, I liked everything. Especially the courtesy of the staff and receptionists. Thanks for the wonderful experience.

Recently I had the pleasure of staying at Orange hotel Agra with my family. I must say it was a wonderful experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall a excellent experience.

Poor Hospitality & Misleading Policies I recently stayed at Hotel Orange, Agra at holi weekend, and faced an extremely disappointing experience regarding their late check-out policy and overall service. 1. Late Check-Out Denied Despite Availability We requested a late check-out, which is a standard courtesy in the hospitality industry, especially if the hotel has available rooms. However, the staff outrightly denied our request, stating that the hotel was fully booked. Interestingly, when we checked online (MakeMyTrip) on the same day, rooms were still available for booking. This clearly means that rooms were vacant, but they still refused to accommodate us. It appears that the hotel prioritizes new check-ins over existing guests' comfort, which is highly unprofessional. 2. Lack of Hospitality & Guest Consideration Most hotels offer at least a 1-2 hour late check-out based on occupancy, without extra charges, as a goodwill gesture. However, in our case, they refused outright without any consideration of our situation. 3. Unnecessary Inconvenience & Poor Customer Care Due to their rigid policy, we were forced to wait outside in harsh sunshine as our bus was scheduled later in the day. A simple accommodation of an extra hour or two could have made a huge difference in our experience, but the hotel chose to be inflexible.

Awesome and very helpful staff to help you with all the stuff. Clean room. Good breakfast. Thanks for the good stay guys it was a really nice one. Near to Tajmahal so that a really big plus one. Loved the morning tea and my stay here will visit soon.

The room and the restaurant were good, the location is very close to the dawntown. The staff was very friendly: I had booked by myself for 5 days and I had to leave 2 days earlyer; they allowed me to cancel the reservation and to rebook for 3 days at the same priced I had booked 3 months earlyer. Very kind!
