Hotel Moti Palace, Agra

The staff was so good so supportive, great and comfortable rooms, food quality and quantity was best, i recommend to visit here at least once.

I wonder how hotels like these get ratings above one, paid reviews. The hotel checkin lobby is fine, rest of the hotel is nothing more than dharamshala.

I attained a engagement party on few days ago, i noticed that the location of this hotel is very good, entrance is so good decorated with so much lighting. Reception is so much good. Program is on fourth floor, the hall is so much mall, not maintain, the food quality was very very poor. Only single washroom available. Parking for four wheelers are limited .

Five star reviews are paid by the hotel. They don't have even have basic amenities for guest. Hygiene is just like a dharmshala even dharmshalas are more clean and hygienic than hotel moti palace. Food is pathetic, if you have cardiologist appointment, kindly visit

Rooms are good. Service also good. But driver stay arrangements are not good.nice hotel ever stay was good but need to improve something new something different I love the room my children was very happy here thanks you the palace moti for care our family front office was great

We have done our family function recently and once we paid full amount they behaved like a stranger and they always give preference to stayed people and even lift service is worst ever. car parking staff is maha vahaiyat and behaviour of those are maha vahaiyat and also if you talke they will not talk they will fight with you. I will not suggest to anyone to do family function here but yest you may stay
