Hotel Mani Ram Palace

I had a terrible experience at Hotel Maniram. Despite pre-booking our rooms, they were not cleaned or managed properly. There was no dustbin, the TV wasn't working, and to top it off, the staff casually told us to "take whichever room suits you." Such unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. The room was full of mosquitoes, making it impossible to sleep. Overall, the experience was awful. Don't be misled by ratings--they can be manipulated. I'd strongly advise against staying here.

Disastrous Stay - Not Worth Booking I booked this property through agoda.com, but upon arrival, I was horrified by the state of the hotel. The room was filthy, with stains everywhere, including the bed and toilet. The smell in the room was absolutely unbearable, and the overall condition of the place was appalling. To make matters worse, there were mosquitoes in the room, which made it unsafe for my children. I couldn't stay there even for a minute and had no choice but to leave in the middle of the night to find another place to stay. Despite the awful conditions, the hotel refused to refund any of my money, which makes them nothing more than a fraud. This hotel should not be listed on online platforms like Agoda or Booking.com. I strongly advise others to avoid this place at all costs. It's a complete scam and a huge disappointment.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was not great. The rooms were far from what I expected based on the cost listed on the booking website. The bathrooms were in poor condition with little to no maintenance. The taps were rusted and broken, the flush didn't work properly, and the WC had stains and rust all over it. The bedsheets looked old and worn, as if they hadn't been replaced in years. We requested housekeeping to change the bedsheets, which they did, but the bathroom was left untouched. The rooms also had a lot of mosquitoes, which made it uncomfortable to stay. On the plus side, the food at the hotel was quite good, better than most nearby restaurants. Unfortunately, the overall experience didn't justify the price, and I wouldn't recommend it unless you're only interested in the food.

I am totally depressed about this Hotel services. Worst hotel ever! Especially the manager's behaviour shocked me as he was arrogant. I needed to store some food in the refrigerator. But when I complained about the refrigerator was not working on my room to the manager, instead of fixing or apologies he asked me "Why do I need the refrigerator?"

We have to pay double the rate for water and cold drinks and the rest of the room service is not good

My friends came to visit Agra for one night. I recommend him hotel Taj Heights. They were 7 members. After staying in this property I called him for asking him in about this property services. They update me that property was nice. Food was so tasty. Hotel staff was so friendly. They was so thankful. Great stay. I recommend it for all our known
