I have stayed here. Some Staff members are good but some are below average. Room's civil and electrical services need to be overhaul,properly maintained and upgraded. Mattress, bedsheets, pillow and towels need to change urgently. Rates are as per service.

We stopped by for dinner enroute Lucknow and had a wonderful meal here. The food was fresh and flavorful. The tandoori rotis were perfectly crisp. The dal tadka was rich and aromatic, with just the right balance of spices. The tandoori aloo and onion parantha had a smoky, well-seasoned taste, and aloo jeera were both comforting and satisfying. A great spot for a delicious and wholesome meal--highly recommended!
I just booked a room for 3 days. I always come here every 2-3 months and stay for 2-3 days. But this time the staff was very dirty. I was asked for extra money and the House keeping and the manager asked me to transfer the money to their personal UPI. And I was delayed in my flight. Now this is a request to the hotel owner. If the staff remains like this, we will never visit your hotel. Thank you.
Poor hotel service, didn't provided GST bill for corporate stay. The food was so tasteless.

My recent stay at Hotel Jodha was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I entered my room, it was evident that housekeeping had abandoned their duties entirely. The room was a haven for mosquitoes, with filth and grime covering every surface. It felt more like a breeding ground for pests than a place of rest and relaxation. Hoping to salvage my morning with a decent breakfast, I made my way to the restaurant at the promised time of 8:30 am, only to be met with locked doors and empty tables. Despite assurances that breakfast would be ready by 8:30 am, it wasn't until a full hour later, at 9 am, that the restaurant finally decided to open its doors. By then, I was so disgusted and disillusioned that I couldn't even bring myself to bother with breakfast. Adding insult to injury was the complete lack of coordination among the staff members. It seemed like each employee was operating in their own little world, with no communication or teamwork to be found. This lack of cohesion only served to exacerbate the already dismal situation. And let's not forget the cherry on top: the rude and unprofessional behavior of the reception staff. Their dismissive attitude and utter disregard for basic courtesy left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a guest. In conclusion, my stay at Hotel Jodha was a complete disaster, characterized by poor housekeeping, uncleanliness, delayed restaurant openings, rude reception staff, and an overall sense of chaos and unprofessionalism. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this sorry excuse for a hotel.
Vivek the owner (what he thinks himself) of Jodha the great hotel is very rude with internal and external customers both. On my first day at hotel before checkin he was fighting with guard in public. As you can see the many guest who came to your hotel like your hotel , your food..but not the service of front end staff especially Mr. Vivek. I would like to brief the incident, being a customer i gave review and rating to your according the experience I got...on my first day I didn't find anyone welcoming in the hotel...Vivek was in argument with the guard...the room linen was dirty but manager has changed that at the same time...next morning I went to restaurant to order food it 15-20 mins to prepare a sandwich and coffee. Next day I ordered same thing coffee and Paratha from my room at 8:00 am so that I will get the same in next 15-20 mins but It took half an hour time. Since I had to left for office at 8:30 am...i went at reception and ask the other person (not Vivek) who was standing with Vivek, why its taking so long for breakfast. Immediately Vivek interfere and said abhi toh order Kiya tha time lagta hai...I said adha ghanta ho gya mujhe order kiye hue....thanhe come into argument...he said aap ne hi review dala tha na staff aur hotel ke baare mein....I said yes....than he said jab yaha ki service acchi nahi hai toh aana nahi tha...maine kaha ki agar mujhe koi apne office ke nearest hotel mil jata toh nahi aata but yeh hotel paas mein hai toh mujhe majburi mein aana pada....toh isse Vivek ji kehtey hain ki aap check out kar lo...aur apne saath khade ladke ko kehtey hai Insey paise le lo abhi...aap samjh saktey hai...mein office ja raha tha.....mera saman room mein tha aur woh mujhe hotel se niklne ke liye keh rahe the. Maine kaha aap hotel ke owner nahi ho aur apka Aisa behaviour agar hotel ke owner dekhtey toh shayad tumhe nikal detey ..aap front par baithne ke badle ouncer ki job karo woh suit karega kyunki tumhe customer service aur guest ki problem ko analyze karna nahi aata hai. Now I am again writing this review in order to make him realize that we pay at your hotel for good service not for harrasment and see attitude of such employee. This person is not good for this hotel chain and must be the reason for poor rating and annoyed customers.rest of the staffs are good but need more smile on their face. If a competitor hotel opens near by your hotel you may surely loose business due to such rude staff. I am giving this poor rating only due to his arrogant and rude behaviour. Thanks
I want to give this place to less than 0 ( zero) but this is not possible We faced a lot problems like Staff behaviour not satisfactory They are making fools of guests .... Rooms with cigarette smell (high level) No any exhaust to the rooms Room door locks broken just feel like unsafe here . Room services are also not good like tea etc . No room key or card for rooms after asking for many times No facility for hot water in night At last .... main complaint they just charge high rates of these waste rooms and services equal to 4 star , 5 star hotels. I visited this hotel today night with my wife and younger brother and his wife . We booked our rooms in night then they provide a damaged room not so good like broken toilet flush After that we complained to reception then they changed our room but again these above said complaints was there , then again we did 3-4 times complaints but till 12 midnight they didn't resolve these problems . There were no owner or manager who attended us in a satisfactory way . Please request to all if u want to visit in this city then please avoid this hotel for staying . Government should take action on these type of frauds . Tourists should also boycott this .
