Hotel Jigyasa Palace

Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future with my family members.

Room was big and quality of food was good with reasonable price..The hospitality was good.we wanted a late check out and they agreed without charging extra money.Rooms were spacious

If you find a good hotel near taj mahal and red fort this is one of the best i have experienced you reach both places within few minutes transportation is also get easily Me and my friends enjoy lots So overall you get good experience Im giving 5 out of 5star. In this segment

Booked for family but not a good experience. Hotel like lodge.Rooms are old and not mentioned. Washroom doesn't have gyesar in it. Bathroom doors not closed properly. TV not functioning, wiring not properly. Bathroom not in so do good condition.

I had a deeply disappointing experience during my recent stay. The cost is exorbitant compared to the extremely poor facilities provided. The rooms had a strong unpleasant smell, the bathrooms were unhygienic, and the washroom doors wouldn't even close properly. Hot water was unavailable after 10 AM, and instead, they provided dirty, heated water from their kitchen. Despite my requests for a clean room, I was rudely told, "This is all we have; you can leave if you don't like it." Additionally, there was no parking space available. Unfortunately, I had no choice but to stay due to arriving with luggage. Overall, this was an unacceptable and frustrating experience.

If you are a bachalor u can book. For family I will not recomand to book for the below points 1. The rooms are fully damp and smelly. 2. Bthroom door does not close 3. in the main door does not have the sitkani(lock) 4. They told only provide hot water 6:40-10 am, but from 6:30 also no hot water 5. There is a hall in the next to the floor, till midnight u cant relax because of the noise 6. Lift not working all time 7. The position of the hotel veri bad. Just the opposite of the building has a desi daru theka

I booked this hotel for a family stay in Agra with my mother, wife, and daughter, and it was a terrible experience. The place is difficult to reach, poorly maintained, and smells of smoke everywhere. I'm surprised it's even listed on the American Express portal--it's definitely a scam. The location is awful, with a local wine shop (Desi Daru) right in front of the hotel, and the hotel itself is on the second floor. The service is poor, there's no hot water despite requesting it an hour in advance, and it's not a safe environment for families. Avoid booking here; you'll regret it.

The interior was very nice, sufficient space and a sofa cum bed also available, fit for family member. Staff were polite and good in nature, only problem i have faced that they are not be able to provide breakfast before 9.30 AM.
