A Amazing atmosphere. Nice location. Huge size room and bath also. Clean and clear lobby, reception and rooms. Co operative staffing. Good behaviour of management team. Very chief and economy rates. Safe for women and family. Sufficient parking space. Thanks a lot hotel jainson residency.

Recently I have stayed in this hotel the room is very Diry I open the draw i found tobacco and dead cockroach . The cuten is not clean. The toilet flush button is not working and damaged. Some time the heater is also not working Worst experience I have stayed in this hotel

Toilet flush is not working properly not well cleaned Pillows, towels provided after being told 2 times Water bottle is chargeable Helpdesk receptionist behaviour is not as per hospitality sector he was rude and not cooperative In makemytrip or other app room price is showing 1200-1400 for 2 or 3 persons but they are charging 1500 so book your room before coming to hotel although I'm not recommending this hotel Just due to not maintaining the rooms and bad behaviour

Location wise it's good, but the rooms where not proper and the manager was unprofessional and talked rudely

Worst service. They are taking charges with GST however not giving bill. I argue but they denied to give bill. Very unprofessional behaviour. Never recommend this kind of hotels.

The taps in the bathroom were old. The jet spray was not working. There were cockroaches in the drawer. Staff behaviour not good, Don't go with family.

Worst hotel you can ever choose to stay and destroy your trip to agra...dont stay here as it is old hotel with cheap rooms and low maintenance
