Hotel Grace

Terrible Room No Dustbin, Garbage from previous occupancy not cleaned, Toilet was horrible . Bedsheets were dirty and not changed.No TV as promised.Although the Tap had Hot Water it was Hard water which smelt off. Overall a terrible experience . Also not many good Restaurants around.

Third class room , no hygiene , full of dust, mosquitoes, no soap , no shampoo or hand wash nothing , broken and dirty toilet , no dustbin , third class mattress can't sleep In night , no service , TV is not working . When I asked for soap , dustbin basic requirement why not provided then staff misbehave . Pathetic service

Don't opt if u r planning a staycation or a stay of 2-3 days. Decent for crashing for few hours while on run. Location is good and parking is availble. Try to book at hotel, they have somewhat "uncomfrtble room" for people booking online at low cost(As told by Hotel staff)

The hotel is roughly 5kms from Agra Cantt railway station and 1.5kms from The Taj. The person at the reception was kind and helpful. Since our train arrived early morning, he understood our concern and since our room was vacant, he allowed us to check in early. The room, bed, washroom everything looked good. Pleasant experience.

Great experience staying in this hotel.Excellent location,very near to Tajmahal and local restaurants.we booked an ac room where the ac was working very well.staff behavior is also very good.Avinash ji ,the owner of the hotel was a very helpful and honest person. Thank you so much!we will visit again

Very bad service no handwash no ac no cleanliness arguing over a watter bottle poor service bad facility. Don't recommend to visit
