Hotel Ganga Ratan

Rooms are good and neat, washrooms are clean. Staff is approachable and does their job. Location is perfect. In house restaurant is also good. Overall a good option to stay if anyone is considering to stay in Agra.

Stayed at Hotel Ganga Ratan during my visit to Agra. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the city. The staffs were friendly and maintained good communication throughout the stay. However, the standard room facilities were quite limited, which was a bit disappointing. The food was average in taste and priced on the higher side. Overall, it's ok to opt for a short stay if location is your priority.

We recently stayed at Hotel Ganga Ratan in Agra from October 16-18, 2024, on a recommendation from one of our professors who had stayed there last year. Traveling with my 81-year-old father, my wife, and daughters, we booked two double rooms. Our experience was outstanding from the start. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, clean, and provided excellent value for money. The dining experience was also memorable - the food was delicious, mild, and perfectly suited to our tastes. The hotel staff was incredibly attentive; in particular, Mr. Karan (possibly the director or a senior manager, though I didn't confirm his position) was very accommodating and arranged a comfortable car for us. This allowed us to travel from Agra to Delhi with stops in Mathura and Vrindavan, making the journey enjoyable and hassle-free. After returning home to West Bengal, I realized I had misplaced my wristwatch, which holds significant sentimental value. Not knowing where I could have left it, I contacted Hotel Ganga Ratan a week later and spoke with Mr. Vishal. To my relief, he confirmed that they had found it in our room and secured it safely. He then helped me arrange for a courier pickup, and today, I received my watch in perfect condition. This experience truly emphasized the integrity and reliability of the hotel staff, and I'm very grateful for their honesty and assistance. I wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Ganga Ratan in Agra for anyone seeking a pleasant and trustworthy place to stay.

We were a group 46 students and 3 faculty members from Mumbai. It was a pleasant experience. The staff was quite helpful and humble. The rooms are good and clean. All facilities are available. The restaurant food is amazing. The taste is good. Overall a good experience.

The staff was very polite and cooperative and the hotel was very clean . Will be my choice during my agra visit always from now on .
