The room service guy try to come over in my room when I was not there my wife keep asking who's there but he is not answering and suddenly she opened he coming towards her with smile but thank god she close the door before he enters I don't have enough time to file a police complaint but please guys don't take this hotel as our mother, sister and wife need a safety as we can't trust such people

Very bad behaviour of staff and owner. Very dirty rooms and bathrooms. Price is high. We booked for 24 hours but had to eave it in just 5 hours because of pathetic behavior and condition.

It is situated at market place and rooms are looks safe. Market place nearby area and easy to get any vehicle to move anywhere. Rooms are quite good, AC also provided and sufficient space for stay. Need to be clean under the bed. Agra Fort and market place are in walkable distance. Food and Drink also available in hotel order can be placed till 10 pm at night. Food quality is good.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life. Leaking faucets, cold water, impolite staff, it has all. If you order food, expect it in 2 hours, if ask your room to be cleaned, chances are it won't happen that day. The staff is drunk mostly ... ii recommended that pls dont stay here never

This was a pathetic stay here. Room condition is ok ok. But there staff is really bad. 1st time when we enter they ask us for auto and car for travelling agra. We told them we will discuss after sometime. And meanwhile we will go for shopping after come to the hotel there was a staff who was the chef of the hotel name SANDIP Who was totally misguide us. It's all about commission and there rent for auto and car was very high. Inverter was not working properly in the hotel. We stay 1 hours without light. Location was good. I WILL RECOMMEND YOU NOT TO SPEAK WITH ANY STAFF WITH YOUR PLAN TO VISIT OR MARKET INFORMATION OR ANYTHING THEY TOTALLY MISGUIDE YOU.

Will never ever recommend this hotel to anyone . Worst hotel I have ever stayed in Dirty room , Dirty bedsheets and pillow , old blankets . Half of the Switchs are broken Overall Unhygienic hotel. If you get delayed by 1 2 hour at the time of checkout the owner will argue for the additional extra day charge nonsense he was asking for double money because we were 1 hour late no towels were provided . Very choatic surrounding noise
