Horrible Experience at Hotel Chanakya, Agra I had a terrible experience staying at Hotel Chanakya in Agra. The pictures shown online were completely misleading--what I actually got was nowhere close to what was advertised. The lift was not working, and I was given a room on the third floor. To make things worse, at 9 PM, the AC stopped working. The manager kept saying it would be fixed in 5 minutes, but even by 11 PM, nothing changed. I eventually had to sleep in that hot, uncomfortable room, not even knowing when the issue was finally resolved. The room itself was poorly maintained, making the stay even more unpleasant. If I had the option to cancel my booking, I would have done so immediately. A truly horrible experience--I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

I kindly request everyone not to come here due to the poor services. The rooms are in very bad condition. They don't provide towels or water--can you believe it? When I asked the receptionist about these issues, he said all the towels were wet. When I inquired about water, he suggested I use a water jug located in the corridor.

Totally disgusting hotel and staff.. rooms are not well and clean.. lot of cockroaches are inside the room.. room service is zero.. they chages extra amount for the food also..quality is also third class. The person who is sitting at the reception seems totally busy in showing style in front of guests..not attending guests properly.. no hot water facility nothing in the washroom..even water glasses were not there inside the room.. total waste of money coming here. Room chargers were also quite high as per the bad service.. please don't book this hotel if you have really earned your money honestly..

The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with friendly staff and comfortable rooms. The location was convenient, and the amenities were decent, though the Wi-Fi could be improved. Overall, a great stay with minor areas for improvement!

The worst experience ever!!!!! Nevet book this hotel. The washroom are worse than train washrooms. And the room bathrooms are filthy and it stinks. Everyone will keeps asking u tips for no reason. Worst experience ever!!

This hotel is not clean and water problem.staff will not listen our words .very bad experience

Very dirty and unhygienic room, old construction, dirty bed covers and room furniture, lot of mosquitoes and insects are present on room floor, bad washroom, no hand wash facility in washroom, broken tabs, dirty shower, dirty bucket and mug present in washroom, very bad electrical fittings, dirty telephone

Location is good, hotel looks good from outside but from inside it is not that much good, it's good they have 24hr hot water. Service is good.
