Hotel Alleviate

I've stayed in this hotel a couple of times and I loved my stays here. My stays were very comfortable, safe, and satisfactory. My last stay was no different. From the security guards greeting us every time we would enter the hotel and polite room service staff, to the cooperative receptionists who would attend to our every request and need, and last but not least the manager himself (Mr. Daya Shankar) who is very courteous and welcoming, all of the staff were great. Plus the rooms and washrooms are clean and well taken care of. The rooftop restaurant offers a great nightlife experience. Most of the tourist spots are located near to the hotel. I can't think of any negative things about this hotel!

The hotel is running on fraudulence. We visited the room. The room got upgraded as what they said. The room was of normal size and okay service. My toddler by mistake broke the card key and they charged us 500 rupees apart from room fees. My mum was really unhappy and was requesting but they called the owner and the owner sounded really greedy. They took 500 extra ultimately and meanwhile the other customer came to reception with the complainant of live spiders on bed and blankets and asked to change the room but they didn't really not 3 star at all! Although rooftop hotel is amazing!

Room have a very good shower. As we are located at level 3, we can heard noises sound from the bar till 2am. But overall the service from the team are good. The people are very helpful and hardworking. Good service from Manager Daya too.

I don't post reviews much, but had to warn others. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL if you're looking for a pleasant stay in Agra. * Staff is rude! Will not listen to you and try to blame you for the state of the room. * Especially Sarif - should not be in hospitality. * Bedding has holes and does not look clean * Room is much smaller than the photos and is not worth the price at all!! Please consider other options, we found out too late to change.

DAYA, is the manager, had nice conversations with me. I stayed at this hotel for a day, and the room was enough clean. Also, there are some amenities included shave, toothbrush, and hairdryer. Staffs are kind and I received comfortable service.

We spent 2 nights at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The dinner at the hotel's restaurant was delicious and a little bit spice - but souldn't be surprised, 'couse this is India :) The hotel manager and the housekeeping manager (Mr. Daya Shanker) made all efforts and gave their best during our visit. Of course, it's not a luxury hotel, but I recommend this place for every tourist, who are looking for a good value for money place.

Worst worst worst place. Dnt book ds hotel if u want a good trip. The rooms are so small dat u will feel suffocated, bed is so uncomfortable dat everytime u sit u will fall from it. Service is okay but the male receptionist is so rude. It's super expensive n not at all worthy. It's a 3 star hotel but it should b ranked 1 star. Bad experience really bad experience. Very disappointing. We paid 4000 for such a small room. D only gd thing is it's near Taj Mahal.

The rates are very competitive, doesn't Tax on a visitor, As he will be paying for the facilities provided. It's an ideal home forTourists ,and business class Executives,who will definitely have a pleasant stay here
