I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The hospitality, cleanliness, and attention to detail were truly impressive. A big thank you to the entire team for making the visit so comfortable and memorable. I would especially like to appreciate Harsh for going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, within easy walking distance to all the major attractions. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a great variety of options. Overall, we felt the hotel was excellent value for money and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Agra.

Our recent stay at Holiday Inn in Agra was nothing short of exceptional. We were in town to visit the iconic Taj Mahal, Agra Forte and Fatehpur Sikri, primarily to show the kids to India Heritage and this hotel truly made the experience even more memorable. From the moment we checked in, the hospitality was outstanding. The staff was warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to ensure our comfort throughout the stay, especially Shalini Sharma. She enquired ahead of our arrival whether we have any special need and arranged everything beyond our expectation. The room was very spacious, clean, and elegantly decorated, with a beautiful view of the city and to a glimpse of the Taj from the room windows. The bed was super comfortable, and all the amenities were top quality, from the plush towels to the in-room tea and coffee setup and of course the welcoming fresh fruits and confections. One of the highlights was the Cafe-G on premise restaurant. . The breakfast buffet was very impressive, with a wide variety of Indian and continental options. We enjoyed a delicious lunch and dinner with local Mughlai flavors while watching the Cricket match. The Kitchen Staff, Puja, Shivam and all others were very courteous. In addition all other hotel staff from front desk ( Anurag etc.) and house keeping Rajesh, Ajay and others greeted us with a big smile to brighten our day. The entry security guards were also very courteous and we felt completely safe and well cared for during our entire stay. If you're visiting Agra and want a peaceful, luxurious base to explore from, I highly recommend this Holiday Inn at Agra. Our trip wouldn't have been the same without it!

Our recent stay at this hotel exceeded expectations in every way. From the moment weI walked in, the front office staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Check-in was seamless and quick, and they were incredibly helpful throughout my stay--offering local recommendations, arranging transportation, and even remembering small details like my name and preferences. It's rare to find such attentive and professional service. Housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping everything fresh and tidy each day. One thing that stood out was the level of care from the front desk team. Whether it was helping with a last-minute request or just greeting me with a smile each morning, they truly made the hotel feel like a home away from home. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and inviting, and every staff member I encountered--from bell staff to housekeeping--was professional and kind. I left feeling refreshed and impressed by the consistency of service. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a smooth, comfortable, and genuinely warm hospitality experience.

Very good experience at Agra holiday inn. I have requested an early check in and the staff was able to accommodate us early. We had a buffet dinner and it was good. We had small request like extra towel/room service and all requests were promptly satisfied. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was stunning, special mention to chef manager Deepak, who was very gentle and nice. Overall all the staff was nice and helpful.

Hotel is a well built, calm and warm place to have a great stay just slightly away from city. It is having all the facilities one might look for in a stay and is very comfortable. The security & cleanliness are top notch. Staff was happily able to assist on some late night requests. Good & quick check-in & check-out experience. Only one thing, which I feel could have been better is that I was staying at the hotel on my birthday night and it was acknowledged or no specific gestures shown. However, this was over & beyond the standard expectations from the stay, thus I would surely recommend staying here and still give it a 5 star. Thank you Holiday Inn!

The restaurant staff is spectacular- Deepak the head chef is fantastic and Musak my server could not be any more kind efficient. They take such good care of me. The buffet tonight was sooo good. And now we have live music. Such a great treat so far from home (Los Angeles) . Thank you!

This hotel was as perfect oasis in a chaotic city. It felt safe, secure, and clean. Everyone was incredibly friendly. Service was convenient with easy checkin, bags delivered to the room, and an almost always open restaurant. The rooms had everything we needed to be comfortable. Was a quick 20 min drive to the Taj Mahal and we arranged a visit at the front desk the night before going that was cheap and easy. I'm a platinum member and they also brought chocolates and a note to the room!
