Grand Hotel

Staff behavior is good. Room cleanliness to be improved. In first floor there are mosquito issues. During our stay there are some marriage function , around 11.45 PM there are drums sound all along the hotel. Extra bed without cot is offered .Over all Ok. but mgt could improve the stay comfort

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. A loud party was happening in the hall right in front of my room during my sleeping hours, making it impossible to rest. The management did nothing to control the noise. On top of that, the hygiene was disappointing--towels and bathrooms were not clean. There was no soap or even a dental kit provided, which is basic in any decent hotel.

Location is good, if you are seeing for Taj Mahal visit(5 km from hotel), it is budget property for family and food is good. Laundry service, extra mattress, room serving are chargeable. Overall experience is good, but hotel outer face is not so like a hotel although rooms are good and clean. In winter kindly provide a blanket which feels luxurious hotel (it is advisable).

We stayed here in a large group. They have handle it with very well. All Food and room service are great only Tea or coffe can be improve. It's a spacious property nearby Taj Mahal and if you want to shop sadar bazaar is there. Good for night coffee,famous delhi chaats,clothes,toys,bags,footwear etc. We visited Agrain December so they also provide heater if you require. Staff was also amazing very helpful.

Sorry to say that at present I'm at room no.204, but when I came earlier I was so satisfied by the glamour and hence, presently came with my family and comparing the present position I'm totally disappointed. After my check in to till now, loud music is being played whole day which seems that the hotel management made the hotel a marriage destination and not at all interested in highly paid customers. I would suggest people that if they want peace and relaxation then they should avoid this hotel. Even the rooms are not properly maintained. Disappointment..... ***Sorry to say , my room was booked through "Make my trip".

I recently stayed at The Grand Hotel in Agra during my trip with my architecture college, CTEs, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, with modern amenities that ensured a relaxing stay after a long day of sightseeing. The staff was incredibly attentive and made sure all our needs were met, offering excellent customer service throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the hotel's dining options. The food was delicious, offering a great variety of both local and international dishes. The atmosphere in the restaurant was warm and inviting, and it was a great place to unwind after a day of exploring. Overall, The Grand Hotel Agra exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, service, and location. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Agra, whether for leisure or business. It certainly made our trip more enjoyable, and I look forward to staying here again in the future.

LOCATION IS BEST IN CANT BUT ROOMS IS VERY SMALL ACCORDING TO PRICE ,CLEANING IS VERY POOR ALL OVER BOOKING WITH THIS HOTEL TOTALLY WASTE MONEY.

I booked this hotel through goibibo for one Night. Hotel is near railway station. We arrived this hotel before check-in time. They gave us room without any extra charges. Room and Bathroom was also clean. Room are spacious. They provide good service. Staff treated us well. They all are cooperative. 5 star is only for them. Nice hotel for stay near railway station.
