Foxoso Taj View Hotel

We recently stayed here and had a pleasant experience overall. The hospitality was great, and the staff was welcoming. A special mention to Mahi, the front office executive, who was incredibly helpful and sweet--she made our stay even better with her warm and professional approach. The rooms were comfortable, but they did feel a bit overpriced compared to similar options. That being said, the service and friendliness of the staff made up for it. Would recommend it for those looking for good hospitality.

Beautiful stay with Taj view. Rooms are good. They have a great restaurant. Their restaurant is the highlight. Breakfast buffet was very good. We tried breakfast, lunch and dinner and everything was very delicious. Sonu Sharma and Ruchi Singh at the restaurant were amazing servers. They have a great team including receptionist Mahi Singh. Only room interiors should improve some more.

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was just superb. The buffet had a variety of food which was according to our taste that is not spicy. Overall satisfaction regarding both staffs n services provided. The receptionist Mr Ahmad was very kind and helpful to us so are the other staffs as well. The atmosphere was cool and pleasant

Efficient location and reception Mahi was helpful. It was great stay here. Sonu Sharma serve the breakfast with bottom of his heart. Variety of selection in breakfast. We enjoyed the breakfast as well as company of Sonu

The worst hotel I ever stayed. They painted the building, renovated the reception to grab attraction but rooms are very dirty, old and bad. You can hear noise from other rooms clearly. Water stagnates in the bathroom. The ceiling fan is exactly as shown in other negative reviews as it is going to fall. The receptionist Mahi asked to write 5 star review while checkout infront of her saying they have targets to meet which I denied. The worst part is they allow late night parties with huge sound which creates lot of disturbance, I had to call reception at night 1:30 am to report this issue. There are many better hotels in Agra. This is clearly a 1 star property.

Rooms: we booked multiple rooms as we were a large group. Some rooms had enough space while others were cramped. The beds, sheets, bathrooms were clean. However the rooms were certainly dated and need a revamp. The chairs in the room were not clean Location: easy access to fort and taj. Don't have any issue finding an auto after mentioning the hotel name. However it is surrounded by local private residences so expect honking noises at night. Also a lot of monkeys can be seen in the balcony of the room Service: the room cleaning standards were not up to the mark. As we stayed multiple nights, the cleaning was not done on all days despite the request. However when asked for water and towels they were promptly provided. Breakfast: many options were available and all were good. The standard on 1st day was certainly better than the rest of the days we stayed as there were a large group of foreigners staying.overall no complaints though The staff is a bit pushy on google reviews in the breakfast table and in fact took my wife's phone to give all 5 star ratings. Also they expect tips for everything. This hotel is ok if you find a good deal for room with breakfast

It was great experience there. Staff is really cooperative especially Ma'am Mahi at reception. Food is extremely good and overall excellent experience. Highly recommended to others. Also Hotel is in good vicinity and local transport is easily available.

The ambience is great the service is absolutely fine Mahi has a enthusiastic aproach towards all the guest. Sonu sharma at the buffet is so helpful and gave perfect service. He is really sweet .Had a wonderful stay.
