Treebo The Royal Taj

Never book Treebo Royal Taj Agra. Our experience was utterly pathetic. We booked 4-5 rooms for a friend's wedding, but the stay was a nightmare. My wife dropped some jewelry under the bed, and when we looked, we found used condoms, wrappers, panties, and cigarette packets. Shockingly, the other rooms were just as filthy with similar trash. If they neglect basic cleanliness under the beds, one can only imagine the hygiene standards in their kitchen, which guests aren't allowed to inspect. This level of neglect is unacceptable and ruined our special occasion. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

This property is not cheap and best this is rather cheap and cheap quality service rude floor staff bad quality bed linen and in the name of toiletries coin size soap and 10 ml bottle of body wash , dirty swimming pool not paid attention after repeated requests for pool Cleaning. Bad experience

Nice hotel and food is very tasty overall good experience

Hotel property is best at agra , room is neat and clean, parking space is available for some cars, staff is very cooperative, security staff is very cooperative. But important to given attention to service & food quality. Otherwise property is best

Absolutely not worthy of any decent standards. Room 207 - Many cockroaches coming from under the bed and the nightstand (I cannot imagine what would happen if you could lift the bed) - Unprepared room when we arrived (no towel, no soap, no shampoo, no toilet tissue paper) - Hot water only in the morning - Dirty room overall (see pictures) and full of junk under the bed and the nightstand

Nice hotel and good staff well maintained room

I visited this hotel. Dirty rooms and unhygienic bathroom. You can see bugs everywhere. Room issues Seepage issue Foul smell Ac not working

This is one of the finest hotel i have ever seen, facilities, amenities,staff behaviour everything is on top notch.
