Hotel The Agra Grande by Goyal Hoteliers

Stayed here during my visit to Agra, and unfortunately, the experience wasn't great. While the price range was decent, the property felt quite old and poorly maintained. The moment we entered the lift, we noticed litter gathered in the corners, which was not a good first impression. One of the biggest issues was the mosquito problem--there were so many that even after using a GoodKnight coil, we had to keep killing them manually. The room had a strong, unpleasant smell, and it seemed like housekeeping isn't given much attention. The bathroom was in bad shape too, with a dirty sink and toilet seat, which made it uncomfortable to use. Overall, this hotel really needs better upkeep and cleanliness. With a little more care, it could be a much better stay, but as it stands, I wouldn't recommend it unless there are some serious improvements.

Affordable and clean. The room had all the basic amenities. Great option if you're visiting Agra on a budget.

One of the worst hotels i ever visited in my life No cleanliness No hygiene Not even single rooms cleaned when we checked in No Ac No Hot water No clean bed linen Bad smell all around No power since early morning & it is hot weather we were cooked in rooms. Hotel needs complete renovation & untill that i recommend not even to enquire with these people for rooms Hotel is full of flies, if u open ur mouth to talk also they will go inside.

Nice little hotel close to major attraction. Rooms were tidy and service was good. Quiet and peaceful

There are very worst/poor service by hotel staff. Even they are not provided the hotel GST bill after payment.they say that if accountant will come then provide the bill .which is required me for claim the amount from company. There are no any water bottles in room .All night mosquitoes disturb. After three time call provided the towel. Recommend to not stay in free of cost

If negative rating was allowed i would have given the lowest possible. It's dirty, unhygienic, full of flies and mosquitoes, not cleaned for years, pathetic service. Do not book even at cheap rates to avoid risking your time, money and mental peace.

Staying at Goyal Hoteliers was a delightful experience. Its proximity to the Taj Mahal made our trip extremely convenient.

Worst hotel to stay in. Rooms were good because property is new but very dirty. No cleanliness. No bedsheets, no hygiene. No towels, no toiletries. TV not working. No Geyser in rooms. Boiler not working. No AC remotes in rooms. For everything we had to ask repeatedly to the reception but they didn't have either enough staff or the staff was not working. Not only us but other occupants also had all these problems. Overall...very bad experience.No tea bags ,milk and sugar pouches...when asked for it they said tea is on payment. Only two 200 ml water bottles were provided and 01 liter bottle was asked for payment. No toilet kit available . I and other people had gone for a Conference and all the occupants were utterly dissatisfied....There was no positive hospitality... The hotel needs to improve a lot. Goyal Hoteliers need to learn about "Hotel and Hospitality".
