Hotel Karan Vilas

I stayed here with my wife and kids for two nights. The food is good. Rooms are well maintained. Staff is polite. All together it is a nice play to stay if one wants to stay near the Taj mahal. Book it directly to get the best price possible for your stay

For me this hotel was not a place to stay, it was a nightmare that I will never forget. No one is willing to do even the slightest service. I was stuck and waited for morning to come out. Staff behavior was very bad. No one was ready to keep guests happy..

The staff's behavior was very bad. They entered the wrong GST location and number on the bill. When I asked them to reprint the correct bill, they used harsh language and threatened me. Their behavior was like that of a thug. They don't value their job and believe in their dominance, even resorting to physical fighting with customers over minor issues.

My stay was grt! The room was neat and clean , the staff was very helpful I will recommend it for sure!

Wonderful and peaceful stay. Very neat and staffs were all supportive. Really a worth for money. Can trust them and recommend.

The room was too small . Dirty bathroom .the taps and faucet etc were are rusting or old . Water was all over the bathroom even when the staff came to repair the pipe they left the bathroom dirty .|Food very average and hardly any choice . Staff was indifferent in the front office but restaurant staff were friendly and eager to help

Nice hotel with warm hospitality. Rooms are spacious, neat and clean with good view. Staff is helpful and polite. Location is perfect. Will come again soon.
