Hotel Green View, Agra

Had the worst experience in this hotel. We had booked AC rooms and the ACs were not working at all. We even requested to change the room but still all the other rooms had the same problem and no one even resolved this issue. Moreover they charged the same amount even after complaining. Location is also in the village area not at all like it is shown in the pictures.

The location of this hotel is excellent, proximity to Taj Mahal @ 1.50 km away from Taj. Behaving of hotel staff is very nice & humble, dedicated towards serving. Also we like their hospitality and quality of food.

It is a very good hotel. It looks very beautiful. The facilities are very good and the most important thing is that the welcome given to the guests is very good. The hotel is very clean. The cleanliness and service is also very good. I will still come to Agra. I will always stay in this hotel

Worst than worst experience. Do not select untill last resort. Location in village. No shops nearby. Approach is bad. Rooms are dirtier, linen used fresh linen is worst. No toiletries. No kits for tea as no kettle. Pathetic to the core. AC do not work. Food is very very bad.

Worst experience lots of mosquitoes in room dirty bathroom unhygienic kitchen so scary in night slum in right side of hotel never go with family

Wonderful stay in Agra.. close to Taj Mahal right from service to location to food and the staff is best

We stayed here as part of our group tour , The hotel appeared structurally well appointed . Everything stopped there . The lift to the rooms was filthy with dirty stained glass and food stains dripped down the lift shaft visible from the lift . Out room looked initially pleasant and the sheets were clean . We had to ask for towels . They were old and gray and felt as though they were not properly washed . We requested the bathroom was re cleaned around the toilet area . It was simply disgusting . A sweet young teen arrived and washed the essential area . It wasn't his fault the dirt particularly in the bathroom is ingrained. The toilet and shower hose was revolting the need changing . The whole hotel needs closing down and given a deep clean . |There was a party on the same floor as us who's went on till the small hours with screaming and shouting . Despite complaints from our group leader they persisted . |Early departure next morning ..4 staff were sleeping under duvets in the reception area .
