Staed in Feb 2025. Hot water facility was not working and was not restored even after more then 2 hrs. Pathetic experience. The location is quite far and remote from Main city. Not good one

The only good thing about this hotel is it is big. The location is far from the city and nothing good is available in the near vicinity. Tajmahal is 40 mins away from this place for early morning time. The private pool is not available for use as there is no water filled. The water is very salty. As we understood the food is not cooked here instead it is ordered from nearby restaurants. Hence we did not have a complimentary breakfast and instead we asked for 4 water bottles. For which the hotel was charging Rs.160 where the bottle price is 20. The staff is inefficient and simply rude. I would not recommend this for travellers and family.

Place is luxurious but location is not appropriate and not good for fun and enjoy purpose if you're not in group.

Amazing experience, quality time spent with family. Kids enjoyed the pool inside the rooms. Very big park to play, sit and relax. However we didn't able to enjoy due to hot outside.

In outskirts of the city difficult to get local transport till railway station or airport

Pathetic food and room service. Horrible experience didn't eat a single filling meal in two days. Staff very mean and don't understand basic instructions
