Only if I could rate this place negative. Worst Place to hold any event. Management doesn't care about your needs, they only care about making money and want 100% money in advance. At the time of signing deal, they will promise you heavens, but at the time of delivery no single soul will come forward to take responsibility for what was agreed to. Following are the issues, I faced after paying hefty tariffs to hold my wedding events. - Very unhygienic and unclean washrooms. Staff doesn't respond to complains either. Management don't take any responsibility. - Rooms and their washrooms have gutka graffiti all over the walls. - They don't turn on Air-Conditioning unless you go and beg to them multiple times personally for it. - Their kitchen area is very unclean. Again, neither staff doesn't do their duties nor the management care about it. - I selected to rent the place because of the swimming pool. They promised me to deliver it clean and tidy on the day of event. I personally visited the venue and reminded them every single day for 1 week before the event, but it wasn't cleaned on the day and I had to cancel my main event bearing a loss of 65000 INR. I literally debated with them for hours to get it cleaned on the day, but no result. They didn't take any accountability at all. They ghosted my calls, and probably ran away. Few culprits to name from the irresponsible and con management are: - Madhav - Sonam Gupta - Irresponsible Staff Requesting everyone to avoid signing any deal with them, and even if you do, please make sure to have everything in return and do not pay whole amount in advance.

Swimming Pool was found very dirty, insects veeing breaded and Smelly. Management and staff was non professional. Rooms locks were very cheap. They had a small latch which can be broken easily. Power backup was almost not there. Air conditioner was not working. The decorations were not provided as dealed. They lack in value for money services. There promises were fake. They receptionist was not reliable at all and was not reachable to resolve our problems. They looted us. Will not recommend any other person to visit or book this place for parties, functions etc.

A good place for Marriage Kind of functions. With some rooms. A big hall for around 600+persons Gardens for open parties or function. Overall good ambiance. Location far away from the Main city Agra, at Fatehabad road.

I liked this place for the reason they provide 10 rooms of 4 star hotel . Which becomes very handy for the guests or family member attending the wedding. I would not say food was very good , they still have opportunity . But the ambiance is good and it's easy to reach.

Good place for family function and you can book for ur wedding and child photo shoot. They provide a amazing background and it is made of bamboo..

Staff was good, the room for doing change up wasn't clean.

Good place but completely cut off from public transport...beware of planning anything in late hours. Today We were charged for a pool side party and the pool water was dirty. As they recycle water in 3 days so if party on day 1 some how made the pool water dirty then other 2 day party would have the pool only for photo shoot... DAMN RULEZ.. :(
