Decent stay! Rooms were comfortable and equipped with TV and AC. However, the geyser for hot water didn't work properly. Additionally, the water quality was a concern - it was hard and had a salty taste. On the plus side, the food served was delicious! We chose this place for its convenient location, just a few kilometers from Taj Mahal and Agra Fort.

I booked through agoda , when i reach there , they told me that their room have some electrical issue ,so have to look for new room. Then they arranged a room near by them without AC THEY WILL TAKE BOOKING BY SHOWING THIRE ROOM ,THEN WILL FORCE US TO TAKE A BELOW QUALITY AT NEAR BY HOTEL WHEN WE GO FOR CHECK IN

below then "OK" as the rooms that u r shown while booking ur not even given the same ones,bathroom equipments are broken..even tap is broken....kinda not clean!! Breakfast is ok and prices too but this hotel is just "meh!"

The receptionists ( Both Female) in Hotel Empire is totally illiterate,They don't know how to deal with customer Specially for the groups this hotel is totally wrost place to stay

Hotel the empire is the right choice , if you are in Agra... Rooms are very comfortable.. they provide quality hotel experience to us. Very need and clean surroundings.

Rooms are BAD. The rooms has damp walls. No proper toileteries were given. The rooms had electrical socket coming out with wires exposed and hence dangerous. The bathroom doors werent closing properly. They were using the same liquid as hand wash, shampoo and body wash. I saw it with my own eyes when it was being refilled. Complimentary breakfast had only 3 options - Aloo parathas or Aloo Sabji or Bread toast. Egg Omelettes were chargeable. Even the tea (milk tea and black tea) were not upto the mark. The travel helpdesk is overcharged and asking for rates more than required. I think the hotel is including their commission when asked for rates of cabs. I am amazed if Treebo is inspecting this hotel? As the quality standards are way below standard.
