We recently celebrated my daughter's birthday at Taj Hotel Agra, and it was truly unforgettable! The hotel's prime location made it easy to explore Agra's attractions, with the iconic Taj Mahal within breathtaking view.||From the warm welcome to the thoughtful touches throughout our stay, the hotel exceeded our expectations. To our surprise, they beautifully decorated our room, making it a special birthday celebration for my daughter.||The infinity swimming pool with a stunning view of the Taj Mahal was a highlight of our stay. It was the perfect spot to relax and take in the majestic beauty of the monument.||The food at the hotel was exceptional, with a wide range of delicious options. We would like to extend special thanks to Chef Asish Neeraj and Ravi for their extra efforts in making our stay special. They arranged a beautiful cake for my daughter's birthday celebration, which added to the joy of the occasion.||The hotel's luxurious amenities, stunning views, and exceptional service made it a truly memorable stay. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience in Agra.

Just got back from a stay at the Taj Hotel in Agra and honestly, it was such a good experience. The place itself is stunning--super clean, peaceful, and the whole vibe just feels really well put together. You can tell they care about the little things.||One moment that really stood out was breakfast. We were lucky to have Jeetu as our waiter--he was just the nicest guy. Super kind, super attentive, and genuinely made us feel taken care of. I asked for a couple of black coffees made a certain way and he made them perfectly, no hesitation, with a smile. That kind of care goes a long way and definitely stuck with me.||All in all, Taj Agra lived up to the hype. Beautiful property, amazing service, and people like Jeetu make it even more special. Would absolutely come back.

Right from our arrival, the hospitality extended by the entire team was warm, thoughtful, and memorable. A special mention to the incredible culinary team -- Chef Pravin, Chef Mausmi, Chef Abhishek, and Chef Ashish -- who went above and beyond to serve us the most delicious dishes. Every meal was a delightful experience, rich in flavor and beautifully presented. Their passion and attention to detail truly stood out.||||Though the quality of the rooms were a bit on the down side.||||We are also grateful for the dedicated support of Uma from Housekeeping, who ensured our stay was comfortable and spotless at every step. And a big thank you to Rampal and Jumman from the service team, who were attentive, courteous, and always ready with a smile.||||Thank you to the entire staff at Taj Convention Center for making our stay so memorable. Our stay at the Taj Hotel in Agra was truly delightful. The staff offered outstanding hospitality--warm, attentive, and professional in every way. Every detail was taken care of, making our visit very comfortable and memorable.||A special highlight was the Noor-e-Taj show, hosted by Mr. Subrata Bhattacharya. His graceful narration and engaging style brought the story of the Taj Mahal to life. It was a wonderful experience that added a unique charm to our trip.||Highly recommended for anyone visiting Agra!

Great deal from goibibo. Ambience is top notch . Hospitality is superb . Courteous staff. Complimentary room upgrade given . Smooth checkin . Sketch artist , pottery painting, puppet show were also there. People were enjoying watching cricket match in bar . Some were busy with Astrologer service there. Changing rooms near poolside were very clean . Steam and sauna rooms were also there . Highly recommended from my side. Little improvement required on food part. Bakery section in breakfast requires attention .

The staff at the Taj Hotel in Agra were genuinely friendly and helpful, which made check-in and general service quite pleasant. However, the rooms could definitely use better maintenance -- furniture felt a bit worn out, silicone sealing in the shower were falling off and the overall upkeep wasn't what I expected. Same vibes does the rooftop bar and pool area transport, which could be an actual nice place. The hallways also weren't as clean as they should be, which took away from the overall impression of the place. Plates with food leftovers from room service were left for more than one day in the floor. Food was okay -- nothing particularly memorable, but it did the job. With some improvements in cleanliness and room quality, this place could be much better. The hotel does not live up to the high star rating. I will actually avoid the Taj hotels in the future.

Fantastic stay and food. The breakfast spread was really good. The staff was very polite and courteous. Special shout out to chef ashish and parveen.|Got a complimentary upgrade. Good room size. Will certainly stay here next time when in Agra.

The room was really great and spacious with a nice bathtub. The shower drain was clogged tho so the shower would flood which made it almost unusable. The food was quite mediocre for a hotel like that. The breakfast was the best part and it wasn't that great either. The biggest problem was the rooftop infinity pool. Its a shame because you get this amazing view but then there are not enough sun beds for all the guests (and we went at a not so busy time). Also, the other guests were being quite annoying, bringing their own speakers that played music over the bar music, and sitting on occupied sun beds when when we were at the pool like 3 meters away. The staff didn't seem to have any control over the guests or any respect for the rules that they had put up on a board next to the pool. Worst part was that they mowed the lawn at 11am for some reason. At that point we decided to go to the other pool on the second floor only to realise it was under maintenance, which there was no warning for. Over all we had a good time and the price was very good. But it seems like the management is chaotic and things are not operating smoothly at all. Would especially not want to go during a busy time when the hotel is full. Need to mention that the staff themselves were being super nice and accommodating. Thank you to them for their lovely service. I would recommend the hotel for its great value but expect some not so great parts.
