After reaching hotel found that they can't put me in the hotel due to an accidental cable shortage in front of the hotel. They asked me to stay in another hotel which wasn't bad. But after 2 days at that hotel, they asked please move back to the first one as they had reserved booking for the room. After coming back to the original hotel, they changed my room without intimation stating plumbing issues. The only saving grace was its proximity to Taj Mahal for which I had booked this hotel. If you book yes hotel, please check they are able to put you in a room and not ask you to move here and there. Also check for geyser. Toilet seat was also broken

My stay at OYO room at Orient was very comfortable and enjoyable. Room was good with good bed linens, and other amenities. Only disappointment was break-fast. No choice of guest, but what was given to be eaten. Coffee or tea was part of break fast everywhere, but here extra.

my problem is that i am stuck very badly which i took room from oyo. i reached the counter of the hotel and asked the manager to show me the room, then the manager said that the room is good, don't take tension. i accepted the manager's advice and gave my aadhar card and all the money at the hotel. but when i went to the room, the room was very dirty, the bottle of liquor was lying there.false food utensils were lying there. the girl's hair was lying in the bathroom. use condoms were kept in the bin.i have never seen such a bad hotel.when i asked the hotel manager to refund the money, he checked in and checked out my booking till then.and then told me you will not be able to return your money. you take your money from oyo.he also abused me and called me very bad. i am sending you all the photos of the hotel. please see for yourself.and please refund my full money, if i don't get my money then i will take legal action against all of you.please give me my money as soon as possible. do not give room by taking money. money was already taken from me but i did not like the room so i was thrown out of the hotel and my money was not refunded either.

If you got this hotel in499 that it was a froad after I reach to the hotel . They will say that this offer finished before 2 days and you have to pay 399 above to them our price is 899 and quality is very poor blanket is teared washroom door lock is broken and flush is not working poor quality I will not suggest

Staffs were polite but they charged 299+99 more even after I booked and paid through online And also he politely said to vacant you room before 11 am

Wonderful experience in the hotel. Nice stay in the property. But charged extra amount than floor price

when booking was done when 599 was doing juice show, like every time when going to the hotel why 649 shows started happening this time, extra charge

Very poor service in hotel. TV not working,AC not working, cleaning bed,chadar kambal darty, hotel's staff behaviour very poor. I am not happy stay that room.
