Hotel The Shanaya

Booked a room at this hotel and paid through agoda. When we arrived , they informed us that there were no rooms avaliable and asked us to stay at the hotel next door which was also theirs but would cost me 700 rupees more because it was a special deluxe room. When we viewed the room, it was really dirty and in bad shape with a big hole in the wall of the bathroom.

Rooms was so nice nd staff behaviour is good also nd location is nice Service was good All things are best

The rooms of this hotel are very beautiful and the service is also good and the food here is very tasty and all facilities are available.

We had a booking with room paid online... we arrived at 9pm. No room available... they proposed to transfer us to another hotel with extra cost for the room...
