Gypsy Nest

Our host Rocky was so personable and extremely helpful! He was an invaluable resource of information and connections for travel and sightseeing! The hostel was in a convenient location for a lot of restaurants and sights. The basement has a cozy hangout with a movie projector, some game tables and a kitchenette. I would absolutely stay here again!

YES! this is definitely a great within budget place to stay! Rocky is an incredible host and is EXTREMELY helpful with booking transportation, calling tuktuks, laundry, etc. My ONLY tiny issue was how hot it got in our room and the smell in the basement. At night the temperature was perfectly fine, because of the individual fans for each bed BUT during the day it got extremely humid. The basement was so nice! Other than some stanky cushions, but overall a great space for our group to hang out!

It's a super budget friendly place to stay. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I stayed in the dorm room, which was pretty cool. Shower and toilet clean, rooms are clean. They have game room in the basement. There is a rooftop to chill out as well.

So grateful for Rocky and the Gypsy Nest Hostel. Rocky opened up his hostel to us when my friends and I were in need and Rocky continued to take care of us. From food, shopping, travel and other things, Rocky was great! He was so willing to go out of his way to help us and because of that, we appreciate him so much! Our stay at the Gypsy Nest Hostel was great and again, we are so thankful!

I had a wonderful stay at a Gypsy hotel in Agra. The location was perfect, close to the Taj Mahal and other attractions. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the check-in process smooth. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and equipped with modern amenities. Overall, it was a pleasant and convenient stay, and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Agra.

Gypsy Nest Hodtel is very nice and clean. The service is excellent they are always happy to help you with anything you need. The Hostel is within walking distance of the Taj Mahal and the Agra Fort which is very nice!

Rocky, the host has been INCREDIBLE. He has been so helpful to all of us. Very grateful for him. The common space is very fun and cozy. I loved it here. Location is great. Thank you, thank you!!!

This place has potential. Once the metro is up and running, and if the basement gets a deep cleaning and better ventilation, it'll be great. However, currently the internet doesn't reach the rooms, hot water is sparse, and Rocky was constantly dismissive of budgeting concerns in regards to things like taxes & laundry services. Perhaps some of this is just Indian culture.
