The room and bathroom are very dirty. This hotel seems suitable only for people who stay for 1 to 2 hours, not for 1 to 2 days. The quality of the hotel is very poor, although the staff's behavior is good. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

Vishal palace hotel is too good near zonal park chaupati in agra best place for stay
Service is poor and late. Room are good. Bathrooms were very poor in condition. Hardly anyone of the staff will pay attention to your issues unless their boss is nearby. If you're having options then don't stay at this hotel.
Very bad service basicly water supply sometime not available
Worst experience in this hotel rooms are dirty and staff is so rude and they will charge 1000 Rs. For just 2 hours not recommended for the couple.
