Very clean and with fantastic service. All the staff are very professional, friendly and helpful. They had a guard at the entrance so very safe for any kind of travelers . The breakfast food is also tasty and the surrounding area is clean.

This hotel was a disappointment. The room was dark and gloomy. The shower was cold. No hot water! The rooftop pool had scum. Of my two week trip to India and Bhutan, it was the worst lodging we had on the whole trip. The only positive thing I can say was the room was quiet.

Excellent hotel in Agra. Stayed for two days. Rooms are excellent with good complimentary breakfast. Management of the hotel gives an excellent support and services to the consumer like organising autos or cabs. They gave us flexibility to stay for 3 hours extra with out charges

Everything! Good airconditioning, very friendly staff and beautiful design of the hotel. The room was clean and big. The bed was very nice and so was the bathroom. On the rooftop was a pool, which we used in the evening. Very nice! Food was good! It was a bit away from the centre, but we liked the quite!

Very high standards. Wonderful pool to escape the heat. It is a place to take time and rest. As backpackers we needed it after many days around and were satisfied in every way. The buffet dinner is varied and excellent. The staff, from welcoming Gino to every single employee, is helpful and smiling. Mr. Archit followed us for meals with courtesy and professionalism.

Great hotel - very clean and modern, good facilities. We got a room upgrade, had an amazing suite with living room and 2 bathrooms. Pool on the rooftop Was good in the distance is a massive plus and the Staff were friendly and helpful, good room service and delicious breakfast buffet.

This hotel is a complete scam. The 5-star reviews must be fabricated because there is nothing redeeming about this place. The infrastructure is comparable to an outdated and filthy 2-star hotel, while the service feels as unwelcoming as a detention center. We felt extremely uncomfortable and even intimidated by the staff's behavior. The photos online are blatantly misleading. It looks like they purchased decent furniture decades ago and haven't maintained anything since. They attempted to overcharge us by 12%, falsely claiming it was a "tax," despite Booking.com clearly stating there were no extra costs. Hot water is rationed to only two short windows daily (8-10 AM and 7-9 PM). Breakfast was nothing more than eggs, bread, and instant coffee or chai -- no variety whatsoever. The premises reeked of unpleasant odors, often accompanied by thick smoke. We couldn't figure out the source, but it was constant on our floor, as if someone were starting bonfires nearby. In short, I wouldn't stay here again, not even if it were free.
