As a group of 50+ people on a family trip from our office end, We visited Maple grand and stayed overnight there, we had our lunch and breakfast there, the food was good, the service was excellent. The staffs are cordial and very attentive. The rooms are equivalent to the price they offered. Location was also good. Definitely had a great time with our colleagues.

We stayed at Hotel Maple Grand in Agra for a night. The rooms were quite good--clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Unfortunately, we didn't get enough time to fully enjoy the ambience or other facilities. That said, it's a decent option for a short, one-night stay, especially if you're passing through the city.

Hotel Maple Grand is a nice hotel located in the heart of Agra. It has good metro connectivity, and there are several rooftop restaurants nearby. Almost everything is within walking distance. The hotel itself is clean and spacious, with well-maintained washrooms. The receptionist is polite, though the manager was a bit rude. As per MMT's promise, a complimentary guaranteed early check-in and late check-out of up to 2 hours should have been provided. However, the manager initially denied this but later agreed. One downside is that the rooms are not soundproof--both indoor and outdoor noises can be easily heard. Overall, for the price, it was a good stay for a family.

Had a wonderful stay at Maple Grand! The location is great, and the service is excellent. The staff were polite and helpful, arranging a cab service within 5 minutes at a reasonable cost. The food was amazing, and the hotel was clean and well-maintained. They even stored our bags safely after checkout as our departure was in the evening. Highly recommend it!

I came to Agra for office work. I have been staying at this hotel since February 25th-2025 still now. 1st 2 days ,the room they gave me was fairly clean. Suddenly they shifted me to another room later because of a wedding program. The room was very small and rent was little high. I wanted to change the hotel, but I couldn't do it due to a lot of work pressure. The waiter and sweeper staff are very helpful but the people at the reception are not helpful and I informed them multiple times that the adjustable fan in the bathroom in my room was not working, but they did not make any arrangements for it and in rooms and bathroom has no ventilation, so it felt very suffocation. Also the TV was not working. Also safety door lock was not working. I think the people at the reception / front desk in this hotel and the manager should not ignore these customer inconvenience.

This hotel has a standard three-star room with a fairly clean room. It's just that why do the buttons near the bed make people's voices like an old-fashioned intercom. I found dirty toothbrush like it was used before. So disgusting. What made me give this hotel a star is the food in the hotel which is delicious.

It was a sudden experience where I had to take a stand at Agra during my drive from Kolkata to Delhi. It was unplanned and I booked this hotel. To the peak pf my surprise, I discovered this to be one of the most pleasant stays I have ever had. They are very courteous, helpful and the hospitality is fantastic. They serve veg in their restaurant and the quality is amazing. The rooms are clean fresh, spaceous. Great experience.

There are two key issues I would like to highlight. First, during breakfast, a waitstaff member wearing a jacket discreetly asked us for a tip despite having provided no service to justify it. Additionally, the breakfast service opened late, and nothing was fully prepared when we arrived. We had no choice but to eat whatever was available first, which was frustrating as we wanted to enjoy our meal all at once. To make matters worse, some of the rank-and-file waitstaff were visibly listening to music on their mobile phones while working, and we could hear it as well--an incredibly unprofessional and distracting behavior. Second, the male front desk staff on the night shift was shockingly rude. I simply asked whether any shops in the vicinity would be open early in the morning, and his dismissive response was, "Just go outside and check." I politely clarified that I was asking him because, as a staff member, he should have more local knowledge than a tourist like myself. His unhelpful attitude left a terrible impression and set a negative tone for the start of my day.
