The bestest stay ever in Agra. Hotel Areeba is actually budget friendly and satisfied hotel in Agra located near Taj Mahal. And the staff is also very helpful and friendly behaviour. Definitely recommend to the Hotel Areeba.

Money wasted Don't book this hotel. Worst hotel I have seen or one can imagine. Food and stay both not quality food quality is very bad Following are the observations 1. Staff was very unprofessional and if I am not wrong were intoxicated or on some other high. 2. General cleaniness in the hotel was missing. 3. . Stinking room and washroom, Yellow liquid on Quilt and was torned, Dirty white pillow and bedsheets, spit marks(gutka) on walls, glass and water jug were dirty, spider webs, almirah was dirty and full of trash, no handle on bathroom door, bathroom was in such a bad state that one can't enter. Please see photos. 4. There were no towel and toiletries at all. 5. Response of staff was too casual, unprofessional. Some of the responses were:- - ye spit marks jaate nahi hai. - Almirah kon si aapne use karni hai. - pillow mai oil marks hai, ye jaate nahi hai. 6. The staff wasted our 2 hours in midnight. 7. They were not cancelling the booking and shifted us to a different propertie which was also not good but one can sleep.

Rooms are clean and staff are obedient the only drawback is about the AC doesnt work when gyieser is ON otherwuse

Both hotels are highly recommended for their ability to create memorable experiences for guests, whether it's groups or a family vacation.

Worst Experience Ever - Avoid Hotel Areeba at All Costs This was by far the most horrible experience I've ever had at a hotel. The staff at Hotel Areeba were not just unprofessional--they were blatantly corrupt. They accepted a 500 bribe from another customer and gave away a room that should have been ours, even though we had arrived hours earlier. This level of dishonesty is completely unacceptable. To make things even worse, at 1:30 AM, while my wife and I were stranded in an unfamiliar city, the staff kept pressuring us to book a room at their other substandard property, The Golden Taj. This was not only unethical but downright inhumane. Who tries to exploit customers in such a vulnerable situation? The facilities at the hotel are mediocre at best, but the staff's behavior completely overshadows any redeeming qualities this place might have had. Their lack of basic decency, professionalism, and ethics makes this hotel a disgrace to the hospitality industry. Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from this place as possible. This hotel does not care about its customers and will go to any lengths to exploit them. A truly pathetic excuse for a hotel.

Worst behavior of staff and room service. Food quality and quantity very cheap but too much costly.

This is a completely useless hotel. The owner of the hotel has absolutely no manners. These people only want money and do not give service at all. No one should go to this hotel
