Grand Mercure Agra

We enjoyed a truly delightful breakfast at this hotel, which set a perfect start to our day. The buffet featured an impressive array of delicious options, from fresh fruits and pastries to savory dishes, catering to every taste. The staff were exceptionally warm and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere. We were especially touched by Manish, whose genuine kindness and friendly demeanor made our meal unforgettable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that we'll fondly remember and eagerly look forward to repeating!

Loved the hotel. Well maintained and ideally located . Well trained and friendly front office staff. Excellent rooms. Well designed and value for money . Good breakfast and dinner buffet spread. Roof top bar had excellent service. Kudos to vishal Thakur on leading an exceptional team.

It was a great experience, the staff were kind and helping, always keeping a smile on their faces , but the security guard always had a straight face, I think which was required for the position he is in. I personally loved the experience. One thing is that the croissants they were serving was just bread. I think that the best food there was the chocolate donuts. The best part was that we could see the Taj Mahal from the rooftop, and the swimming pool was just amazing.

The stay was great. Location is also good. It is nearby Taj mahal and Agra Fort. The staff is courteous and polite. Ms. Baljinder took really good care of us, especially accepting our request for an early check-in was really sweet. Thanks again for it. If you find a room here, I highly recommend it as it's difficult to find a 5-star hotel in this budget. Not to forget the food, the breakfast was amazing, especially their Bedai-bhaji was yum. Keep up the good work and we'll definitely plan another stay there:)

Hotel comfortable. Spacious rooms. Family of 4 and had interconnecting rooms. Had a slight issue that was dealt with quickly and effectively. Breakfast - lots of options. Helpful service. Lots of staff checking in with us and making sure we were satisfied. Our boys enjoyed using the pool and the rooms were spacious enough to relax in after busy days of sightseeing. Can walk to a good restaurant very close by.

Everything is pitch perfect except the carpet gives little smell. The morning breakfast was lip smacking and lots of options. The terrace restaurant is a must as there is live music after 2000 hrs. All in all a great place to stay.

Very nice and clean hotel. Rooms are newly furnished and Taj view rooms comfortable. . The hotel staff Ms.suhana manish Karishma is very friendly and helpful.. the property is very well maintained , room and washroom neat and clean..Special thanks to the most hardworking, professional and very cordial house keeping team... thank you

Great experience at the grand Mercure hotel agra. I really enjoyed our stay with my family Room was good. Food at lattice buffet restaurant is delicious. And big thanks to Mr Rajneesh for everything and make our stay memorable. Definitely come back soon
