Crown Hotel Agra

I stayed at this hotel with my family on February 6, 2025. They claim to be a hotel, but in reality, it's nothing more than a roadside tea stall. They have no idea how to handle corporate customers. If you plan to stay here, be sure to pack your own slippers, moisturizer, dental kit, shaving kit, etc., because they only provide a tiny matchbox-sized room. The hotel staff behaves like a gang of street thugs. They lack basic etiquette, especially when speaking to women, and they don't even know how to properly enter a guest's room. Even street food is far better than what they serve here. And their tea? It tastes like dirty drain water.

Room is very good, All staffs are well behaved Specially Shekharji, except the lady receptionist, she is just inappropriate for the position. Only one towel was given for four bed family room, after repeatedly asking she gave two towels, again for complimentary water bottle she gave half litre two bottles for 4 boarders ,again I had to do the same repeatition. She just harass the boarder in the sake of management rule.I dont think that hotel management rule is the same as that lady was arguing. Please do the needful.

The hotel is very nice staff also nice everyone was treating like we are family.rooms was good service was fast there is no complain for hotel thanku all staff or hotel manager.

Room condition is too much good and the most important thing Staff behavior so good

A peaceful stay. Peaceful stay for one night. Was so happy really enjoyed the stay even it was for one day. Unfortunately it didn't last long. We booked for 2 nights but were only got to stay for a night. The service regarding this matter is very poor. On the second day morning while going out the front desk asked to hand over the keys. At first I was quite shocked because we already booked and paid and all of sudden they were asking us to check out the room and promised to provide another room in the same hotel. We asked and cleared out the same matter and were informed that the problem was raised from the booking.com site stating they were showing the availability of the room. But in actual the rooms weren't. The promise they made was on verbal terms. Later on the evening when we returned after the sight seeing, we didn't even had a room to rest. We were totally helpless and on top of that they didn't even hold onto their words. At last they shifted us to some cheap hotel.

This hotel's transportation is very poor because of them we have missed my trian and they are asking only give money money because of them we have losse our money so my genuine rewiew is don't book this hotel

Guys I am giving genuine review I stayed hotel around 3 days i noticed service is very very poor n i compliment to reception person also but they won't respond to ur words. I think there is lot off gap between management and service people. Don't expect even 10% service it's completely worst service I faced
