Ratan Heera Resort

One of the worst staff behavior hotel i have ever seen.. The staff was very rude and unprofessional... Specially Mr. Tyagi,they people are pathetic in hospitality.personal belongings have stolen from there, no security. we have faced lots of embarrassment in front of our Guests. I will never ever suggest to book this resort for any marriage or any other functions...

Ambience is very pretty, awesome food

Honestly i doesn't like the place that much but room are in okk-okk condition and the hall is a bit weird and the garden is good enough for about 100-150 people's i think so

Beautiful hotel and lighting decoration so big hall and room full air condition and good staff and arrangements agra mai sub sa west hai

Total Fraud People...They will show you 10 years back video and give you worst decoration. Do not Trust on Words.

Well located marriage open garden ideally and economically suited for a gathering of 200 to 250 person.

Worst marriage home ,staff support is negligible and behaviour of staff is not supportable. Better to go somewhere else if requires a safe and happy marriage event.

Great place to organise events like wedding and birthday party. Good location and ambience.
