The Railway Hotel

One of the best hotels we've stayed at. The soundproofing in our room was excellent -- we didn't hear any outside noise, even with a concert going on in the pub. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the staff were helpful and polite. Definitely recommend!

We did a 'dinner with room' overnight deal and had a great time. The staff here are all super professional and hospitable. The food we had for the special event deal was freshly cooked and great quality. A mushroom risotto was perfect. The rooms have been very well refurbished, shower was hot and powerful, bed cosy, good heating system. (sorry no pics, we were having too much of a good time!) if you're Worthing based and remember the old Railway pub - this is not it! Total makeover and totally fab place for a stay.

Great hotel with fab family rooms. The kids had bunkbeds tucked into a little room off the main bedroom. Only criticism would be it was a tad dusty but think that might be due to recent refurbishments. Cat the manager was very accommodating and helpful, both in the lead up to our stay and while we were there. Breakfast options were good and very tasty. We will definitely be back!

We stayed for 3 nights. Our room was lovely, enormous bed which was so comfortable, and the best pillows. Breakfast was v good, and the staff couldn't be better. Everything was spotless. We hope to be back when we visit again.

Firstly, I need to thank the staff for your amazing service. What a find! exceptional value for money. Clean rooms, and I believe this hotel went through a recent refurbishment which reflects the current amazing state of the hotel and the restaurant. The restaurant and the hotel are done in a railway theme. Breakfast was exquisite and worth every penny. Highly recommend this place.

My second time here. Excellent rooms, and a great breakfast. The pub seems friendly too. Didn't eat here either time, but the menu looks good.

Second visit. Both times beds so comfortable had a really good sleep. Clean and good sized rooms. Coffee delicious and breakfast hearty. Staff friendly and very helpful.

Just got back from an awesome long weekend in Worthing made so special in part because of our stay at the Railway Hotel. Situated right opposite Worthing Station this is a really great pub with a fab menu and a number of very comfortable hotel rooms. The gorgeous old building has been lovingly restored to its former glory with the train/station theme running throughout. Their downstairs rooms, bar area, loo and dining are all wheelchair accessible. A massive shout out to Kat the manager and her wonderful team who went out of their way to make our stay the best it could be. Service with a smile no matter how busy they were! If you're planning a weekend in Worthing you won't find a better place to lay your head. Their food is really good ( we had 13 for Sunday lunch) and caters to all tastes including Vegan and gluten free. We did not want to leave! Highly recommend.
