The Burlington Hotel

I had a truly wonderful time at the Burlington Hotel. Every staff member was friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome. The food was absolutely delicious, definitely a 10/10, best seafood I have tasted. and the room matched the description perfectly, clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay!

I can't fault the hotel. The room i had was very spacious. The cleanliness was spot on. Every member of staff we had interactions with was friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were very well presented and delicious. The food in the bar in the evening was outstanding. Highly recommend.

The Burlingto Hotel could do with a lot of TLC on the outside but it is a different story on the inside.||A very modern look to the Hotel due to a re-fit during Covid. The designer obviously thought that people staying would not want any drawers in the room as there is none The bed was very,very comfortable and we both slept well. The bathroom was well appointed but the rain shower was not working properly and should have been checked. I reported the shower to reception but as there would be a delay i fixed it myself. A simple matter of unscrewing the shower hear and giving it a clean.||We had our breakfast in the Hotel and it was good and filling. We also shared a sandwich one day of our stay and that was also very good. We tried some cocktails as well which were reasonably priced. I did think it would have been a nice gesture to remove some of the cost of these due to fixing the shower head and saving the the cost of a plumber.||Overall we had a lovely stay at the Burlington but to be frank i feel the cost was a little top heavy at PS184.00 per night.

Fantastic hotel. Great service, wonderful and massive breakfast with a great understanding and plenty of choice for gluten free. Very clean and comfy rooms. We had a family room and it was a great size for 4 of us with 1 double and 2 single beds. Great location right on the sea front too. Highly recommend!!

I just had the most incredible experience at The Burlington Hotel in Worthing and couldn't help but share! From the moment I arrived, the service was absolutely top-notch--friendly, attentive, and nothing was ever too much trouble. The bar and restaurant? Out. Of. This. World. Every dish was packed with flavor, beautifully presented, and paired perfectly with the most delicious drinks. The atmosphere made it even better--relaxed, welcoming, and the kind of place you never want to leave. A huge shoutout to the amazing staff who went above and beyond to make the stay so special. Accommodating, kind, and genuinely wonderful people who made everything feel effortless. If you're heading to Worthing and looking for a spot where great food, exceptional service, and a warm atmosphere all come together--this is it! Highly, highly recommend.

Coming from a hotel background, I am frugal with my praise unless it is really deserved, and I can honestly say our stay was quite simply, fantastic! Dinner in the restaurant was excellent, breakfast was cooked to order perfectly, and our room was extremely comfortable, overlooking the sea. However, the most important factor in any hotel are the staff. and they were all, without exception, an incredibly friendly, professional and super helpful group of people that greeted everyone with a huge smile. It was the kind of service that you always hope for but rarely get. The staff at this hotel are the exception.

This hotel is managed by an exceptionally astute, professional and wise manager. She went above and beyond to make our visit comfortable and memorable. The staff are all friendly, happy, hard working and a credit to the hotel.|The rooms are spotless, fresh and comfortable. We slept well. |I highly recommend the hotel! We have stayed here on a number of occasions over the years and it continues to delight. If only all seaside hotels in the UK were as tastefully decorated, efficiently run and well maintained as the Burlington (its namesake in Eastbourne, for example, is a grade A dump). We enjoyed a short trip between Christmas and the new year and it was excellent all-round. The bar is warm with a great atmosphere and our only quibble is the restaurant is a touch over-priced. Breakfast, with a variety of freshly-cooked choices, was very good.
