Still great for Premier Inn! I stayed in Standard Room with sea view on the top floor. Due to architectural design the room was a bit inward it left some space so that, I think, can be balcony in which the hotel didn't choose to and prefer all windows to be not open all the time. That said, the view was still great because I no longer saw the road and vehicles but people who swam or rested. When being on the bed I could only see the sea, so that I had my period of tranquility. That would be better if the room had a bathtub, which is the usual feature of their room bathroom; not to mention the shower could be stronger. The bathroom was not bad overall but it looked like the ventilation didn't work and I couldn't leave the bathroom door open as in other hotels so it was wet all the time. It was my second time trying breakfast, that mains, porridge and toast were freshly cooked rather than in the form of full buffet if it was not busy, according to the staff. In the meantime, beverages and fruits were available through self serving. Lovely sea view as well! Would love to say thank you for the great breakfast. Hope I can stay in their Plus room next time. Looks like these rooms have bigger windows.

Great location, clean comfy room, but the real star of the show here was Christine in the kitchen. On a bank holiday weekend when the hotel was full of half-marathon runners and families like us attending a girls' rugby festival, Christine must have made more bowls of porridge in two breakfast sittings than most of us do in a lifetime. And that's on top of all the eggs, bacon, sausages etc that she was already cooking. Friendly, tireless, what a trooper. Those bowls of porridge powered our daughter to play the best rugby of her life and I wouldn't be surprised if they led to one or two personal bests in the Worthing half marathon. Thank you Christine!
The hotel is conveniently located on Worthing seafront. We chose a sea view room. The room was spacious and the view wonderful. The bed was incredibly comfortable with clean crisp sheets and lovely pillows. The overall cleanliness was at a good standard and staff were friendly and welcoming. We will be staying again in the near future and look forward to our next visit.
Went for breakfast today, really lovely cooked breakfast thanks to the chef, Christine. Helpful staff and excellent value for money. Lovely view out to sea and chilled atmosphere. Great range of food and caters for those who like gluten free stuff too
Paid for the meal Deal, but hardly anything was available. We were told the chef hadn't ordered what was required to fulfil the menu. We were the first guests to sit for Dinner at 5 pm!||The poached eggs for breakfast with hard and everything else was burnt. Apart from the toast which we cooked.||Normally, I would not complain, however it's not the first time this has happened at this hotel.
Complements to the chef. I really enjoyed my chicken with peppercorn sauce! I travel and stay in Premier Inn hotels on a regular basis due to my work nature. This is my second visit to the Worthing hotel. Both times I observed a good attention to detail at the restaurant. Also, this hotel comes with a premium location.
All the usual Premier Inn standard, clean, comfy & perfectly acceptable, I was a bit put out by having to pay extra for onsite parking in a private car park that was directly under the hotel, also the much talked about buffet breakfast was not buffet but table service, very disappointing cost cutting, should be honest and say its not help yourself like the adverts suggest. Christine (cook) at the worthing premier inn was particularly helpful and a very good cook, her customer service was outstanding a credit to premier inn, all staff wee helpful, I feel Premier in, if its not careful will become the Ryan Air of the hotel world and and charge you for your sheer existence and be embarrassingly money grabbing.
Good location on sea front , paid extra for seaview room , not worth it , windows so dirty spoilt view , cheap net curtain fell down , carpets and curtains grubby and bed sheets / one towel only not fluffy or white , on the whole the whole place needs a deep clean and a fresh coat of paint ,bad odour through out . Breakfast poor /cheap bread /watery eggs , friendy staff but for 100 pounds a night without breakfast ? No frills here .
