Ardington Hotel

We hosted a Golden Wedding anniversary lunch in the Eden Room. The food was excellent and so was the service. Our guests were full of praise and the staff could not not have more pleasant and welcoming. A great all round experience - highly recommended. Some guests stayed overnight and the feedback we received was all good, without exception.

Booked this as a last minute trip. I can honesty say that the service we received from the staff was first class. From communication prior to our arrival, booking in and out and throughout our stay. We had folding bikes with us and without asking offered us a ground floor room and found a room to store them after we had booked out. We had a fabulous 3 course meal (set menu) in the Indigo restaurant with our friends and it was superb.

Stayed for a night at The Ardington Hotel brilliant find: wonderful views across the park. Good breakfast tasty bacon and real coffee,good choice of fruit and yogurts. Very informative/friendly owner who definitely helped with our plans for an evening at the theatre - thank you.

The Ardington provided lunch for a family of 27 following a burial at Clayton Wood. We were give a 2 course menu to choose from prior to the day that accommodated our dietary requirements. |The food was excellent and served on time. There was a good selection of vegetables provided to add to the plate.|A choice of desserts was a fitting end to the lunch, which was enjoyed by everyone, drinks were available from the bar, served to the table. Some of our party also stayed overnight, where they enjoyed a restful night and enjoyable breakfast. |Highly recommend The Ardington Hotel, Indigo restaurant for a short break and/or fine dining.

Hospital warm welcome despite us not making a a booking beforehand. Our bikes were readily accommodated without fuss and we enjoyed our dining experiences.||Fantastic place to stay. Would advise! ||Beautiful room spacious and clean, overlooking greenery. Easy access to town.

Our walking group from North London went for a 3 night stay at the hotel. Twenty people. Accommodation was excellent, staff helpful and the food very good. Hotel is well situated for the seafront and for bus transport which we needed for our walks.

The Ardington is a lovely, privately run hotel. The room was a generous size, as was the en suite bathroom, and the attention to detail was faultless. It was so good to relax in a warm, comfortable room after a long journey.|The staff are friendly and helpful, the food was excellent with a wide choice to suit all tastes. It was a great place as a base for the family as we gathered for the funeral of my 99-year old Mum.
