The Barn Caravan Park

Liked: This is a lovely site nice size pitches, a lovely little play area for children. So suitable for families as well as us oldies! clean toilet and shower block and washing up facilities. A small cafe/bar. we had lovely weather for our two night stay, There are shops nearby. And the beach is a short distance. All in all a lovely site. It doesn't have a drive over water waste facility. But not any hardship if you dispense into trolly tank that you can take to waste water disposal point in the centre of the site. I understand they have free Wi-Fi, we didn't use it as we have our own mobile Wi-Fi.

We really enjoyed our 2 night weekend camp here.||Advantages - |Level large pitch with EHU|Clean smart utility block.|Male and female toilets with two hot showers each, freezer for ice blocks, plenty of sockets.|Two sink wash up area outside of toilet block. One sink has the hot water tap.|Central brick area for bins/recycling, toilet and grey waste with tap.|Toilet block is lit up outside at night time along with soft light on EHU points.|Small campsite with friendly owners.|Central play area and large goal post.|Ten minute walk to a pebble beach.||Disadvantages - |Not really a disadvantage as we enjoyed watching them, there is a small amount of light air traffic from Shoreham airport and an train in the distance.||We stayed in April and will definitely use this site again. Though I do not know what it will be like in the summer school holidays as previous photos have shown it quite full with rows of motorhomes for a small site. Though saying this we are going to try it in summer holidays as looking forward to revisiting this site.

Liked: Lovely quiet family ran site for families. Pitches are level, if you are really desperate to get you chocks out you can find a small slope if you look hard enough. Signs are all there, you may need to look for them but we found it easy to check in and find our pitch no problem. Facilities have everything you need and are clean. Well placed in the area, the train station is a very simple 10 mins walk and can get you into Brighton or Portsmouth. Disliked: Nothing

Just visited for one night in our campervan. Very neat and tidy. Easy access. Water, hook up if needed. 100% recommend!

Liked: The owners where very helpful and friendly. Was in a quiet setting with the beach and town within walking distance. Lots to do for family's. Disliked: None

Liked: Relaxed environment, great location, clean facilities Disliked: Electricity was only 6amp, and as such was pretty useless, but then I didn't pay attention to the small print.
