Seaview House

We really enjoyed the night we spent at Seaview House. Everything was very clean, the room had everything we needed and the bed was really comfortable. We loved having our own breakfast room that was well stocked with drinks and snacks, coffee and teas. Patrick was really helpful and kind and went out of his way to make it a pleasant stay. The place is very close to the sea.

What an amazing find, Patrick the host could not have been any more welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious and squeaky clean with a very comfortable bed and great a shower, there was a separate personal living room with comfy sofa, TV, dining table and a fridge stacked to the gunnels with cheese, ham, yoghurts, juices, breads and the list just goes on! There was also a communal kitchen well stocked that I could use. I will definitely be back. 10/10

Second visit to SeaView House and can't recommend it highly enough. Patricks hospitality is wonderful - so welcoming, attentive and genuine. The rooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable. The breakfast room is ideal for use as an office away from the office and so generously stocked with drinks, yoghurts and even food for a sandwich! Location just over the road from the beach and The Perch for great coffee, lunch or dinner with other restaurants just 2 mins away and the train station just 5 mins walk away make it a great location too. Have stayed whilst on business so far but would definitely come with my family and book the two top rooms.

Stayed at the Seaview and it is a little gem. Patrick the owner could not do enough for us from giving us running updates on chaotic traffic due to roadworks to giving my car a jump start on the Sunday morning because of a flat battery. Parking is conveniently close by. The rooms were spacious with really comfy beds.. Continental breakfast was provided with Tea and coffee which was a great touch. Patrick also provided free bottled water and orange juice. Would definitely rebook if back down that way.

This was my second stay at Seaview and as before Patrick is the perfect host, always available to help, he always keeps the cupboards stocked with food and drinks. Cleanliness to a very high standard. The apartments are perfectly situated for the beach, the town and the rail station. Can't wait for my next visit.

Wow what a lovely B&B. Patrick came out and met us and nothing was too much trouble for him. We had a lovely double room and shower en suite that was all spotlessly clean and a TV plus a separate room with a table and chairs for breakfast and a comfy sofa and tv. The continental breakfast was just amazing, a fridge full of goodies including cheese,ham, yogurt's, apple and orange juice and milk. There was a good selection of cereals and bread and croissants. A toaster and a microwave. Plus Patrick supplies fruit. We stayed for two nights and head great views of the beach and sea. The property is very central with pubs and restaurants close by. Will definitely stay again. Well done Patrick.

We were very pleased with our room. It was very clean and plenty of food provide for the continental breakfast. The owner was very nice and as he saw my birthday cards up ( it was a birthday weekend) he left me a gift when we got back later that day. You are near worthing one way and Hove/Brighton the other way. Plenty of beaches to visit. We come from a quiet village so the traffic outside (you are on a main road to beach only a few minutes away) but as there was a powerful fan in the bedroom we could close the windows. We will definitely visit again

First of all I'd like to say that Patrick, the owner went above and beyond to accommodate us, the service he provided was amazing, and made our stay memorable, the hotel is located right near the seafront , the room was spacious , and bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in, very quiet as well, if you wanting a good sleep. The room is stocked full of toiletery supplies ,the shower was one of the best I have used in a hotel for a long time. We also had access to another room ,which was only for us for breakfast, which was stocked with a variety of stuff for our continental breakfast. The room comes with a TV and a very comfortable sofa and table which can accommodate 4 people to have breakfast . If you looking for a great relaxing stay I would highly recommend Seaview House, great customer service ,great accommodation, great location, plus there is a great Greek restaurant downstairs which had amazing food , I would give my stay here five stars
