Laburnum By the Sea

Just returned from a week at Laburnum by the Sea. A very modern and comfortable apartment with everything you need for your stay. Plenty of room for two people as the living area is spacious. Very comfy bed. A nice outside space, although the bad weather precluded us from using it. Bottle of prosecco was a nice touch and there were toiletries in the bathroom. The owner Jaime is really nice and very easy to communicate with. The apartment is well placed for both Lancing Beach and Lancing Town Centre and Railway Station with only a short walk required to both. We were there visiting family so did not go sightseeing but as a regular visitor to the area, there is plenty to see and do nearby. We can recommend The Perch on Lancing beach for a lovely breakfast with a fabulous view. Would be happy to stay at Laburnum by the Sea again.

We have stayed 3 times this year, very tidy and lovely apartment equipped with everything you need. Extremely close to the beach and private garden which was fantastic with the dog. Jaime was a great host, very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions. Would absolutely recommend to stay here!

We had a lovely time in an apartment that offered everything we could have wanted. Easy to find, clear instructions, great communication, clean, well equipped incl. the bathroom and WARM! Yes the weather was "wintery" ! Considering coming again in SUMMER

Really lovely apartment, tastefully decorated. Just a short walk from shops and the beach. Sun trap back garden for sole use. Excellent WiFi and huge TV with Netflix.

This is the perfect get away accommodation for a week or a weekend. It is clean and well looked after. Close to the beach, shops, and public transport. I will gldaly stay here again in future

Lovely and clean, homely and well looked after. Its close to the sea and Lancing train station. I couldn't fault it for one second. Loved staying here.

Good location.... lancing railway and grocery shopping is just 10mins away.
