The Parkline Hotel

On 8th May 2025, between 6:30 to 7:30 PM, I visited Parkline to collect my parcel. At that time, a municipal truck was working in the area where we usually park bikes, making it very difficult to park properly. While trying to manage the situation, a person wearing a Parkline uniform (not a regular parking staff member) behaved very rudely with me. He was a tall man, possibly wearing spectacles. His rough and unprofessional attitude was completely unacceptable, especially towards a customer simply trying to navigate an already difficult situation. Due to the truck's position, I had trouble parking and later faced difficulty in moving my bike while leaving. Surprisingly, that same person who was rude earlier was nowhere to be found when I genuinely needed assistance. This kind of behavior reflects very poorly on Parkline's customer service standards. I hope strict action is taken to ensure such incidents don't happen again.

So 27/04/2025 i arranged my daughters birthday party at parkline. pathetic service. i do agree food taste was good . but giving 1 start for there service. the kept only 2 boys for more than 120 people . total miss management . the decore , the music i arranged from my side . i was only wanted a well managed dinner . but they failed . i am so much disappointed. and regretting over my decision to choose parkline. my First and last time at parkline for any kind of party a big No. for dine in i may go again. but no more parties

I had one of the worst dining experiences at this restaurant. The food quality was terrible--bland, poorly cooked, and far from fresh. To make matters worse, the service was just as bad. The staff seemed uninterested and unprofessional, barely acknowledging customers. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Poor food, terrible service, and an unacceptable wait time. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Very big rooms with friendly budget, nice food and great service. Whenever anyone come to Agartala please stay at Hotel Parkline. Awesome

Loved the service of the staffs. They served us delicately and they behaved very nice. Special Renjina Jamatia she was checking on us throughout the whole time.

I recently stayed at The Parkline and unfortunately, the experience didn't meet expectations. The bathroom was cramped and not properly maintained. The hotel offers just 1 liter of free water for two guests, which felt insufficient. The staff appeared to be lacking in knowledge and sometimes gave inaccurate information. The food was of low quality, and responses to requests were sluggish. Overall, it wasn't a great stay, and I wouldn't recommend it.

Stayed at The Parkline and had a below-average experience. The bathroom was extremely small and not well maintained. The hotel provides only 1 liter of complimentary water for two guests, which is inadequate. The staff seemed poorly informed and even provided incorrect information at times. The food quality was terrible, and the response time for any request was very slow. Overall, not worth the stay. Wouldn't recommend

My tummy said yummy.. Tasty food but I tried virgin mojito too which was average.. not like mojito but like lime juice. Overall it was good. thanks
