Hotel Nirmala

One of the worst hotel services, no hygienic conditions. Very very poor.

Location wise perfect but rooms are not maintained, still AC rooms in 800 is ok. Budget wise it's ok. But don't compare it with other hotels. In small town like Kailashahar we can't expect anything better than this in this price range. Restaurant available downstairs. I just request the hotel owner to keep the rooms clean and maintained.

Somehow stayed there for a night. Rooms are very congested and room linen provided was old , worn out and dirty. Beds were creeky with ages old mattresses and pillows. Bathrooms too were very equally gloomy. Only good thing was that AC was working. Overall a bad experience especially with family.

Food quality is Okey but all facilities in this hotel are very expensive. 2 Bed normal old room rent is almost 600 including GST, Room quality and furnishings is very poor. , Double bed Room with AC is almost 1200, but Double bed with AC room is Good in conditions I like that. at last On an average

Nirmala Hotel is one of the best hotel in Kailashahar area since we were children amd still best. But the fact is they delay the serving and quite careless to their customer. Like u have to call them for clean the table which is already dirty.

Worst experience very rude behaviour of the workers and they have charged us 120 for a half plate of veg Chawmin

Iam visit in Nirmala Hotel. My experience is all hotel staff well behaviour and supporting staff . And hotel manger is lovely men . Plz visit to In Nirmala hotel in kaliashash in Tripura .
