They charged 3200 for one room and provided a soiled and torn towel. No tooth brush was given. Cockroaches were roaming inside the room. I got stomach issue after having dinner at this hotel. The behaviour of the staff is the only good thing about this hotel.

Pathetic experience at the hotel. My fiance stayed there for 02 nights. On the day of check-out, the entire hotel was empty and they locked the hotel from inside, while she was still inside. Nobody was even found at the hotel. From safety aspect, I would rate it 0 star. I would like the owner to take note of this. This is a serious issue ! Service was awful. They knocked the guest room at 3am twice where a lady was staying alone, for clearing the due payment. At 3am ! The receptionist was also very rude. Rooms were just okay, but overpriced for the amenities. Room service not upto the mark. Overall, a pathetic experience at the hotel !

Just one night we have stayed in this hotel. It's a very good property with all modern amenities. Rooms are very specious and clean. They have a nice restaurant but the charges of the food little bit high otherwise food is good. Overall our stay was pleasant.

One of the best hotels in which I've stayed so far. All the electrical appliances are in proper working condition. The staffs are very hospitable. Rooms are large. Beds are very comfortable and clean. Once you enter your room, you're provided with washed and clean towels. Room service is very good. Since it's in a prime location, it is always in demand; so one has to call and book beforehand to avoid last minute check-in issues. Overall a great experience. Only thing to complain about is the clogged bathroom drain and the blocked shower. Hope the hotel owner pays attention towards the maintenance.

Good hotel. There are very few hotel in this Dharmanagar area. This hotel is suitable for staying in comparison to others. Rooms are ok. Bathrooms are not up to mark. Renovation required. Food items are not available as per menu. So before order call the resturent boy and ask for availability. But the available food items are tasty. Resturent staff are helpful. Shopping complex and movie hall attached to this hotel. So one can enjoy shopping and movie very easily. Overall a good budget hotel for stay.

Worst food nd service... Pathetic experience, wastage of money nd taste...

Stayed here during my upcountry visit to Dharmanagar. Rooms are spacious & clean. A decent hotel in budget. However do call them beforehand and pre book as moat of their single rooms are booked beforehand during most of the time.
