These people are scam artists. I called the management via phone to book a room. They took advance payment for it. But when I canceled my booking just after few hours, they refused to refund the advance amount. A bunch of unprofessional cheap people who scam people for a few thousand bucks. Highly suggest people to avoid this hotel. There are better ones available in Dharmanagar.
