Snehalata Homestay

I've stayed at this property three times, and my previous experiences were fantastic. However, this time, I was disappointed with the host's attitude. I checked out one day earlier, yet I still received an unpleasant response from the host, which was quite disappointing. As a business owner and social media influencer, I understand the value of great customer service. Unfortunately, this visit fell short, and I would rate it 1 star based on my experience. For me, it's never just about the money -- it's about feeling valued as a guest. I genuinely hope future visitors don't face a similar experience. Success in business shouldn't come at the cost of customer care. Thank you.

I really had a very pleasant stay ... uncle and aunty both are just too sweet ...they feel like home ... rooms were so clean , food was tasty and healthy, bathroom was clean ... what else do you need? I really don't know why it has 4.7 rating ...for me it is 10 out of 10

I recently stayed at Snehalata Homestay in Agartala, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The place was spotless, which made me feel really comfortable, especially since I'm particular about cleanliness. You can tell they take great care in maintaining the hygiene of the entire homestay. But what really made my stay special were the owners. They are some of the nicest people I've met - genuinely kind, helpful, and always there when you need anything. It didn't feel like just another guest house; it felt like I was staying with family. I've decided that every time I come to Agartala, I'll definitely stay here. The combination of cleanliness and the warmth of the owners is hard to beat!

This was our first time in Agartala, and we initially booked another homestay but changed to Snehalata Homestay after first two days and I am sure, we couldn't have had a better stay than Snehalata. The host was super easy to communicate with, and her family let us in with a warm gesture. Exactly as described, equipped with all basic amenities and nature is a bonus. We stayed for almost a week, and it was a superb stay, in a nice residential area. They also arranged auto for my daily travel and the auto guy was very helpful as well. We would totally recommend their place! Thanks for an amazing stay

This is a wonderful homestay managed by wonderful people. The room is quite spacious and can fit in 3 people very easily. The bathroom is squeaky clean and very modern. The place is located in a very earthy, organic and natural setting with coconut groves and local homes all around which will heighten your experience many notches up as you will get to see the real Tripura lifestyle. It is very quiet and in the morning there are all kinds of birds in the garden and all around. The railway station is nearby, although it is a little far from the airport but not according to the standards of even middle tier cities. The host, most of all is wonderful. When I stayed, Snehalata's father was the one looking after the property and he made wonderful food for me all the time. He gave me tea whenever I wanted. Also helped me so much with planning my trip and saved me a lot of money in getting me good taxi drivers and also advising me to take the train to Unakoti. Overall, the folks are wonderful, location is wonderful and the food was wonderful. I will stay only here the next time I come. I am sorry I missed reviewing on airbnb, but here I am reviewing to make up to it.

Located nearby the railway station. The rooms are good. It is around 6 km from the city and surrounded by garden. Nice place to stay.

If you want a peaceful and homely stay at Agartala, you can definitely go for it. The good part is the rooms and whole place is very clean, which you hardly get in this price range at Agartala. It costs us 1200 for one room, for two people. There is a dedicated kitchen where you can cook and dine.

I had a great experience staying at Snehalata homestay. Arpita and her father were very kind and made sure I was comfortable during my stay there. They also offered me some delicious delicacies of Tripura, which was so nice of them :) Arpita also made sure that I get dinner earlier than their normal time so that I can rest well and feel rejuvenated for my next day's journey, which was supposed to start early Thank you so much for everything!
