Shagun Guest House

The hotel was in a prime location, close to all the major attractions. The place clean and very close to Agartala railway station and airport as well. The anvironment was pleasant and welcoming. The staff are very good, especially the Reception staff who were very friendly and helpful. The exceptional customer service at this hotel impressed me. Those who looking for a low budget hotel for 1 or 2 night in a good location, this guest house is the search stopper. Staff behaviour was okay. Room was clean but little old infrastructure.

Good behavior of staff and owner with reasonable pricing.. safe and good place to stay. It is a guest house. But not luxurious

Worst experience. I booked 3 rooms for 2 nights. But when I arrived their hotel today they were already full. No rooms for us. Now I with my family stressed out. We already very tired with 8 hours long train journey. Never ever book room there.
